A select group of government officials met to discuss a live threat to national security. This threat began modestly, but even so, the local news caught wind of the situation. Lots of people started making their own digging into the issue, and many theories were floating around the internet. Authorities realized it all needed to be further investigated and dealt with, hence the reason for such an important meeting. There was no way of stressing how important it was for that threat to be dealt with as swiftly as possible. The five-star General of the US Army was presiding over the meeting. His name was Theodore Marshall. Also present were the heads of the Department of Defense; the directors of the FBI and the CIA; the person in charge of Homeland Security; the FDA director; a few other experts in different areas; and a woman  formerly employed at Raincoat Labs: Dana Spencer.
