Chapter 13

EARTH

New York City, Arixona.

The whole city of Arixona was a trash to be looked upon, Mighty buildings were mashed to their roots, cars were consumed to their lowest form and civilians were thrown into confusion as many of them had no option than to run or hide, screaming at the top of their voices as they ran to safety. The wailing noise from the cars of the cops were so intense that it seemed to cover the whole area. Many had been killed with few alive, but more kept coming as they were not ready to give up on their Country. The arriving cars of the cops were parked in front of the building with a damaged decking structure, no glasses at all, as all have been chopped off to the glory of the unknown and they stared in awe. The cops all rushed out from their cars, standing besides it, their pistol stretched forward, towards the building, waiting for him to come out.

"Albo Man again?" One of the cops asked, as he breadth heavily with fear.

"We don't know for sure sir. One of the civilians gave a description, and seriously, it didn't match that of Albo Man." The other one who was behind the car door, answered hastily.

"Someone should at least put a phone call on the Elites."

"We've tried, its not connecting. The Elites are supposed to be at the city's beck and call, isn't that why they were approved?." The skinny cop opposite him, answered as his body kept vibrating with fear.

Boom!!! Another explosive sound was heard and one of the doors of the building pushed out from its position down to the ground, landing on the dusty floor, hereby filling that space with a rising dust that opposed the proper sight and view of the building. The dusts advanced forward to the cops, causing them to shield their nostrils with a handkerchief, or by simply inserting two of their fingers. Some were slow to prevent the dusts from penetrating, and the effects were manifested instantly as they began to sneeze and cough uncontrollably, that the others soon got irritated.

"Guys!" The leader yelled aloud, and they managed to stop sneezing. "Cut it, we have an unknown target in that building, and sneezing is the least thing we want here right now, get the target, shoot if needed, arrest if needed, but be at alert. Am I understood?" He said fearlessly and the rest cops stood at attention, before giving him a nod.

"Sir, take a look!!" One of the them said pointing to the skies, causing them to see a tiny object that was descending from the skies towards them, later confirmed to be the Elites transporter and the cops all heaved a sigh of relief, a smile came on their faces, and they began to place their pistol back into its sheath.

The Elites transporter continued coming down slowly, going sideways due to the firey thrusters at its side. It didn't land, but the door gave a cracking sound, and like that of a plane, the big silvered jet, had it door opened, letting the Elites out from it as they were all suspending in the air. And as soon as the runaway civilians saw them, they were instantly filled with joy, since they now had hopes that everything will be fine, of course it will.

One of the civilians quickly ran forward to meet the Elites, and due to her imbalance, she tried to go down flat, but thanks to Solar man who quickly caught her, her ass was saved. Solar man smiled at her as he levitated down to stand on his feet. The rest of his team were already surrounded by reporters and minor civilians who wanted to lay a complain or something else. But the cops were restricting them or something like that.

"Allow the press to come close please." Miss kinesis said as she was enjoying their company.

"You want an autograph?" Mr momentum asked, not meaning it though.

The leader of the cop was pushed to go forward, manipulating his way through the crowds until he got to the front, he saw that the Elites were more concerned on the civilians that approached them. Wtf! He taught on the inside, they were supposed to be checking out the building for God sake!! Other civilians were trapped in there as well, but why are they less concerned about it. He needed to do something, so he walked closed to them, an angry look on his face.

"We have an unknown target in that building. He has done a lot of damage to the city and to civilians so much. We were hoping the moment you return, you all will go in there and kick some ass. But...whats going on?" The leader of the cops asked with a surprise look on his face.

"Of course we're gonna kick some ass. Lets just have some fun first." They said as they quickly returned back to their activities.

The leader of the cop was shocked at this. The Elites? Have some fun? In a danger issue? Like this? Nahh!! Something is wrong, really something is wrong wrong wrong!!. Another explosive sound was heard from inside the building, one that vibrated the grounds and the people standing on it. The leader of the cop tried to balance himself on the ground but couldn't and he slipped off balance, but a hand caught him in mid air, as he turned to see Solar Man as his saviour. He smiled but noticed that a blue light flashed from the eyes of Solar Man and it was then, he knew they had been compromised before.

Solar man shook his head while he dropped the cop,

"My God! What happened here?" He asked as be tried to recall their arrival on the planet as the only thing he could remember until now.

The cop was shocked, he didn't know what happened? He asked himself in awe. He turned to also see the rest of the team in the same state as they shook their heads and blinked their eyes rapidly. Then the cop heaved a sigh of Relief.

"What happened here?" Miss kinesis asked as soon as she got her head straight.

"The city was attacked. Brutally, civilians were captured and taken into the building, children are crying for their mothers, and mothers for their children, fathers for their wife's and wifes for their..." But he was interrupted.

"Go straight to the point will you?" Dynamo said as he inspected the place with his eyes.

The leader sighed again, "We've been attacked. Again."

"Albo Man?" Solar man asked with rage and a brow raised.

"No. Am afraid not." The leader of the cop said, before sniffing in. "One of the civilians gave a description and seriously, it didn't look like Albo Man. I think...I think we have others just like you guys." He said bodly, watching them as they made eye contact with themselves.

"No, I don't think so." Lunar chipped in with a smirk.

"And why do you pretty? Huh? First of all we have a guy who can Shape shift his hands into blades of different types and forms, that same guy can manipulate the biology of himself and others, something I thought was impossible. And he is Albo Man!!" The leader of the cop said aloud before moving further "And now! Today! We have another one. Who knows, this one may be able to kill us all with a snap. Haha!!" He chuckled with a grin.

The Elites were kind of shocked about this. A guy who could manipulate his own biology? How awesome! But then, he was a bad guy and they knew they had to stop him. Solar Man clenched his fist and soon began to levitate, causing everyone to look at him.

"Stay with them. Am going in!" He said before a solar aura engulfed him and Voom!! He was already in the building, bursting in like a missile through the wall, sending a slight vibration to the whole building.

SOLAR MAN'S

[POV]

I broke through the wall like a double rocketing missile, my fist were clenched as I was ready for war. The past events that had happened these days reminded me of my past. The day my dad was killed by a thug, the day I saw him last.

I was there, watching like a dummy, my dad begged on our behalf, he asked him if he wanted money or anything else, but the thug gave him a blow that took him to the ground. Then I watched as the hoodie thug, pushed his finger against the trigger and the next thing I saw was my dad, laying flat on the floor, Dead!!

I tried to scream, but it was as if my voice was totally blocked from saying anything. At that instant, I lost my ability to talk and I stared at this unknown hoodie man as he walked forward to meet me, his hands resting gently on my head and he smiled the moment he witnessed fear in my eyes. I saw him brought out a knife from his jacket using it to slowly hurt me and he derived pleasure in doing this.

"I will comeback for you little fella. Enjoy your life while it last." The thug said, and I just kept quite, enduring the pain and begging my ancestors to come save me, but all of a sudden, I couldn't feel it anymore, the pain right huh? It was gone, and I opened my eyes to see him gone too, my wounds were completely healed, but the ones in my heart hasn't. I tilted my head sideways and saw my dad lying on his own pool of blood. I ran to meet him and as I tried to scream! It came out, very loud that people from the next street could actually hear me. Was this the devil's work? I asked my self, and from that day, I vowed to protect the unprotected, guide the unguided and fight for justice. Luckily I became this, and I won't let anyone go against justice, not even a bestie will go Scot free if caught by me. But its past now, and am looking forward to the present which is now!!

As soon as I was in, I floated forward on mid air, looking sideways to see if I could get a glimpse of anything. I could sense the bad and evil aura in the building, its essence was something that made me grow annoyed, and I flew further, my hands stretched forward to direct my flight and when I got to the open hall, I found a lot of human bodies laying still on the floor and I gasped.

"What the hell?" I said in surprise, before blitzing forward to land on the ground next to them. My power was so much, so the building felt my landing impact on the floor, but that's by the way.

I ran forward to have a clear look on them and mehhn!! Their faces were of no good at all. Their faces were empty, like empty, damn empty! They had no eyes, no nose, no mouth, no brows, no ears, and no head mark at all. The only thing that made me know that they were humans, were the fact that they had some cloths on and the women among them, had their boobs for proof. This was bad!! Really bad!! I felt like throwing up until I was empty, but I managed to control myself and my system obeyed instantly.

I spat on the floor, licking my lips in awe, I decided to inform them also, my team huh? They needed to know about this, and I wasn't hesitating on telling them at all. I placed my left index finger on the comms that filled my ear, then gave a huge breadth of thought, but as I tried to utter a word, I heard a CRACK!! sound above me and I quickly looked up to the roof and behold, a black sight terrifying monster with a big spiky tail that moved around, was hanging above me and I gasped.

Like a speeding bullet, it tend to devour me with its multiple fangs that grew larger than before, but thanks to my Superhuman reflexes, I was able to move more faster than this monster, swerving to the other side and dragging the ground for stoppage as my feets burned the floor which I stood upon. The monster was panting heavily, but it didn't allow me to view it properly before it dashed towards me again and like before, I swerved to my right halting immediately and sending a right hook into its torso, causing it bones to shatter, burning down into black particles as a result to the impact of my punch. I gave a huge sigh and quickly placed my hand on the comms.

"Guys!" I yelled immediately, "We have a pro..." But I couldn't get to finish my words before I felt something like a planet crashing on my back, and I was forced to go forward crashing on the wall in front of me and I groaned. With my reflexes, I was able to dodge the punch coming from behind, then I landed an elbow smash to the object, before blasting it back with a heat vision from my eyes.

I flew up to suspend in the air, and to my greatest shock, I saw the same monster which I killed earlier, standing below me, my eyes widened in shock and I clenched my fist. I would have commanded the sun to take him on a vacation, but no! Something was stopping me from doing that.

"ROAR!!!" The big black monster roared at me and in a single bound, he was few feets away from me in the air, but I swerved to the right again, charging my fist with solar energies and Pow!! I gave another punch, and the monster went through the sides of the building, bursting out from that angle and going outside to the public to see...

WRITER'S

[POV]

BEEZHH!! the big black monster flew out the building and Miss kinesis, Dynamo, Mr momentum, lunar, the cops, and other civilians that were present, tilted their heads up in shock, to witness as Solar Man dashed out from the building also, grabbing the monster on its neck and Zoom!!!!! He flew together with the monster high into the air, using his other hand to rain all sort of blows on its face.

Miss kinesis on seeing this, was already airborne in a single bound, as she began flying towards them, with the others trailing her immediately.

"Sir! What do you think is happening?" One of the reporters decided to start the interview as they saw what has just occurred. Other reporters were available also, and some photographer's had to stay focused in order to take pictures of some interesting scenes.

"We have nothing to say for now. As you can see, The Elites are doing their job. We just have to calm down and understand." The leader of the cop said with a sad look.

"Sir! Tell us. Do you think The Elites are worth having? Like they claim to be the protectors of the galaxy, and you and I know what that means. Do you see them as they see themselves." A male reporter asked and the leader of the cop Smiled.

"Yes I do." He answered, "The Planet earth is not the only planet out there. We have tons and tons of them and the elites, protects them all." He finalized with a smile.

"Hmm. You might know a lot sir." A female reporter said with a Stern look.

The leader of the cop smiled, "Thanks to the elites, I now know more on the galaxy. You should as well."

"So you are saying they are aliens out there?" Another reporter asked.

"PowerMan is not from this world guys, so yes, they are. If you'll excuse me, I have to make a report." He said before leaving the reporters in awe.

SPACE

Within The Solar System

The both of them flew out of the planet with a heavy speed that seemed to blow some asteroids away by its wave. Solar man continued with his never ending punch, changing hands in a fast motion that made the face of this monster to go off beauty. The monster suddenly developed ten tentacles from underneath his hands, wrapping them around his neck and trying to choke him to death. But Solar Man felt nothing, but his face began to vibrate and slowly his facial features began to disappear, first his nose, then his brow, then as his mouth was about to fade away, a blast of Lighting took the monster miles away from Solar Man and his facial features slowly came back, and he breadth out while maintaining his position in the void space and as he turned around, he saw Miss Kinesis floating next to him, a smile on her face as she approached, and he smiled also.

"Are you hurt?" She asked as she got close.

"No am not. I managed to hold back against it, seems the monster is a good face stealer. He's stronger than i thought." Solar Man said as he and Miss kinesis Turned to face it.

The monster floated in the void space, as it parts joined together to form him again and this time, he developed Twelve tentacles, each hands having six and Solar man was provoked. If he wanted, he would just command the sun to take this monster on a lifetime vacation never to see reality again, but he wanted to take things slowly... Dynamo, lunar, and Mr momentum was quick to join them and they all smiled as a team.

"Who are you? And what do you want?" Solar Man asked, his eyes covered with heat energy ready to pop out..

The monster brought out his 10 inched tongue and made sure to wash his face with it before taking it back in its mouth. The tentacles merged together to form its spiky hands, and it increased in height and size. Then its eyes gave a bright hue that made The Elites to stare in disgust. It was really an irritating monster, gosh!! The warlords never told me that the Elites would come across this abomination, wtf!! I feel like throwing up.

"You can call.....me.....Face stealer." The monster said slowly, before elongating his tentacles forward in order to grab them, but Dynamo was quick to solidify heat energy into spikes, using them to slice the incoming tentacles apart and the monster groaned in pain watching them grow again.

The tentacles made it way forward again and the elites decided to split up in order to avoid it, but lunar wasn't gonna move. She smiled and watched as the tentacles wrapped itself around her like a snake, pulling her closer to the monster who kept Laughing evily revealing those fangs of his.

"He has Flora!" Mr momentum yelled and Solar Man flew forward in order to rescue her, but the tentacles of the monster grabbed him tight.

"Oscar!!" Miss Kinesis yelled instantly, but as she tried to move forward, a strong tentacle held her in place that she couldn't move an inch.

Mr momentum tried also, but two tentacles held him and Dynamo together and they let out a painful moan.

The monster was now holding them in place and he roared at all of them.

"The face stealer has come to dominate, stand down and you might survive." The monster boasted, but a voice from behind startled him.

"Any last words?" The voice of Lunar said as she was covered in bright glowing silver auras. Her hair were transformed to silvery lines and her eyes embodied the power of the moon. Mini moon's were surrounding her and she clasped her hands together, combining four of moons to form a more bigger one and as soon as this was done. She forced her right hands forward, allowing the moon in front of her to project a huge blast of lunar power at the monster, aiming and striking at the actual point in its torso and due to the power striking him, he lost the strength to hold the team anymore and they were let loosed.

Lunar maintained a steady attack on the monster, amplifying the power anytime she felt it was going down. The anatomy of the monster began to burn and shrink at the same time, and it began to yell in so much pain, that its voice echoed in the void. But lunar was becoming weak as she was exhausting so much, she couldn't focus anymore and her strength was going down.

"Flora hold on!!" Miss kinesis yelled as she flew forward in order to land a punch on the monster that began to advance towards lunar despite the lunar blast donned on him... Mr momentum smiled, stretching his right hands forward to increase the power and impact of her punch and POW!!! she landed the heavy megaton punch on the monster, and Poof!!! Was the next thing they saw as the monster exploded into black smokes that soon disappeared, and lunar gave a weak heaving breadth, then a smile came on her face.

"Pheww!!" Lunar exhaled in relief, as soon as she had absorbed the moon power into her.

"Its done. Finally!" Mr momentum said with a simple smile.

Solar Man floated forward, "Nice work guys. Nice work flora or perhaps, Lunar I guess." He said with a smile.

"Thanks...Solar Man." She blushed..

"This is the best!!....Fight!!....Ever!!!. I love the team work!!.. Its awesome!" Mr momentum confessed and Dynamo knodded in agreement.

"Good thing you increased the impact of my punch, its nice having you around." Miss kinesis said.

"Umm. How did you know?.." he asked.

"Come on...You can't do that all the time and expect us not too know.. Well I guess am the only one watching you.. I knew you were gonna do it, so I made the move."

"Wow!....Nice." Mr momentum said as he licked his lip.

"I guess its victory all the way!, we are perfect mehn!!" Dynamo said all of a sudden.

"No we are not!" Solar Man retorted sharply, "Albo Man is still out there, he will come back, I know it. We just need to get prepared, who knows, he might be dangerous than this....Face stealer of a guy."

"Guy huh?"

"Yeah"

Miss kinesis thought for some seconds, "I still don't get though. He attacked your company, killed your business partners, I mean wtf!!" Miss kinesis said angrily, as she stared at him.

"I" Solar Man tried to speak, but decided to hold back his words. "Lets go." He said before turning around to face the planet, and Whaam!! He was in already.

Miss kinesis Sighed, "I think Oscar is in danger."

Dynamo Smirked, "Of course he is."

Lunar sighs, "I just hope Albo man doesn't show up again. Well that's by the way. Who's ready for some sweet pizza joint? bills on me." she lighted her face with a smile.

"I'll love too. But.."

"Great!!" Lunar shouted, "$250 will be enough right?" she asked.

"Am sure it will be." Miss kinesis answered...

"Great." Lunar said again before her body was covered in silver lights and she vanished.

"What a girl." Dynamo said and Mr momentum smiled.

"Lets go guys. We don't wanna keep Oscar waiting." Miss kinesis said and they all bulleted into the planet..

A black round matter suddenly began to orbit around a single tentacle that appeared in the void, and before we knew it. The black matters merged together and the face stealer was brought back to life, his tentacles were now bigger, spiky and stronger than before. His eyes were bulgy and green looking, his spiky and roughly made skin were surrounded by red dots that seemed to empower him, and he grinned the moment he opened his eyes..

"Thank you Lunar." He said.
