I stared into Runihura's eyes as he caged me between his arms. My back was still pressed against the hard wooden door. The temperature in the room had increased substantially as he stared at me with such an intensity I was sure he saw past my skin at this point.
No matter what I said or how hard I pushed at his chest he did not move. Whenever I tried to duck under his arms to escape he somehow moved faster than me then pressed me back against the door. It felt like he was waiting for something.
For me to realize something I had been missing. Something he was fully aware of whilst I walked around completely unaware of his intentions. "What do you want from me?" I frowned. "Because I'll never understand it if you don't tell me."
