Elisa Encountered Shadow Embrace
Elisa ran all the way to the opened door.
She saw Sophie waiting for her, gazing at her with an emotionless expression.
She halted, bent her back upward, gripping on her knees, as she gasped for breath.
She said between the lines, "T-Thank… you… for waiting, Sophie!"
She exhaled a large breath as she exclaimed Sophie's name to end her sentence.
She peeked at Sophie and perceived she was gazing at the gods above, staring indifferently at the mortal below.
She shuddered.
"Don't be, Miss Elisa. We must proceed now. The Young Highness is waiting."
Sophie turned her back against her and proceeded to leave the door and turned to the right corner, where the elevator was located.
Meanwhile, Elisa stood rooted on the spot, stunned, and complained under her breath.
"Please give me a break. Also, act human, for humanity's sake!"
She could not complain to anyone about Sophie's behavior towards her.
