Ch. 46 Sharleen's First Direct Teacher

Arine became more withdrawn during the trip back to East Borne. She no longer reads the books she brought with her and daydreams more and more.

"Paskha, what's wrong with the young lady?"

Paskha shook his head, answering his teacher's question. "She's been like that since this morning."

"Did something happen when you met your classmates?"

"Nothing special except that one has a terrifying soul force. Master, Sir Devone says this kid has reached level eighteen and needs a joint heaven trial to break through the level 19's bottleneck."

"Yes, indeed. He is one of the gifted children. He was only twelve, but he had already reached this level. How about the other one? Is he being rude to you?" Sir Clove was even more interested in Aaric than Zacchary. It couldn't be helped since Aaric was his mother's nephew, which meant the boy was his cousin.
