Raman was lost in thoughts when suddenly he heard a knock on the door. He left the spot he was standing and went to open the door to his room and what he saw made his heart skip a beat. The stranger he saved was standing at his doorstep, looking extremely beautiful in his clothes. She parked her auburn hair into a bun and no could deny the fact that she looked even more beautiful with the big smile she had on her face. She was looking more beautiful and breathtaking than she looked the first time he had set his eyes on her. His clothes fitted her perfectly like it was sewed only for her. The feeling of having his heart skip a beat was something he was feeling for the very first time in his entire life of existence.

I thought I was never going to get to his room, I thought I was going to get lost in this big beautiful mansion that looked more like a palace but somehow, I managed to find his room. The instant I got of the room, I fell into a daze the instant I stepped into the hallway. The aqua blue marbles wall ties looked like the surface of a blue see. The hallway that was about 36 inches wide had three extremely beautiful white silver swarovski crystal glass chandelier with white bright lights, the console tables at the right hand side had different vases of beautiful flowers. There were room at the both sides of the hallway and I didn't know which room to approach first. His words kept ringing in my ear... "... I'll be next door... "...Those were his words but there so many rooms here I can't make out which room belongs to him. I then thought of checking out the first door at the right hand side of the hallway that was a few meters away from the room I had just stepped out of. With every step I took, it actually felt like this hallway could lead right straight to heaven, the beauty of the hallway was just mind-blowing and I was getting blown away by the gorgeous looking hallway. Upon approaching the first door I came in contact with, I knocked on it hoping to hear a reply but I heard nothing. I knocked on it again still hoping I hear a reply but again, I heard nothing. I walked away and walked up to the fourth room on the row since it seems like my room was the second room in this row before the wide pathway that led to the stairs and lounge. I knocked again but still heard nothing, and again, I did the same to the fifth and sixth room on this row and the final room at this side of the hallway. I turned around and headed for the other side of the hallway but stopped when I approached the wide pathway that led to the stairs that was just a few meters away from where I stood. My jaw couldn't help drop when my gaze landed on the mammoth lounge. I knew the lounge would of course be beautiful if the hallway was this beautiful but this was way beyond my imagination. In all my years of living, I've never come across such a house that can be compared to this house that looked more like a palace of paradise. I had stayed in the palace before I ran away and I could not deny the fact that the palace was beautiful but, with this beautiful lounge I was feasting my eyes on, the rooms and every part of the palace can't match up to this. Though I haven't gone around the mansion yet, I could swear that this mansion will be and will always be more beautiful than a palace can ever be. I took some steps ahead but stopped just an inch to the swell step. I shouldn't get distracted and go wondering around, it isn't right. I should get to hero first and give him the chance to show me around. I thought, shut my eyes and swallow my desire to go around the whole of this mansion. I walked up to the first room in this other side of the hallway and knocked on it.

1,2,3,4,5... I counted as I waited. I heaved out a long sigh and was about knocking again but thankfully the door crack open and a smile made it way to my lips. It felt like I have been relieved of something big.

"Hi hero." I said waving at this beautiful creature standing in front of me.

"How did you manage to find my room?" He asked and I couldn't but crease a brow. It seemed like he knew I was lol going to find it difficult in finding the exact room he stays in.

"Hmm... I checked out all the rooms and finally, I got yours." I said and he fell silent for a moment. Suddenly, the atmosphere got kinda tense and it somehow felt uncomfortable.

"So... What can I help you with?" He asked, breaking the awkward silence that lingered between us for a while. He actually changed the subject like he could actually tell that the atmosphere was kinda tense.

"Actually I'm here for two reasons. Firstly, I still want to thank you for everything and secondly hmm... Actually hero, I came here because... I suddenly felt hungry and right now... I'm starving." I finally said what I was struggling and finding hard to say.

I bowed my head, flushed with embrassment, trying not to look at him right now and Raman found himself smiling.

"Really... But I just offered you fruits a while ago." He said teasingly.

Wait... Is he really teasing her right now?

Is he actually teasing a human right now?

And most of all, strangely, he found her cute and he was smiling to that, something he has never ever done. He only used to smile after doing some misdeeds and wrecking havocs in people's life but this time around, he was smiling and that too because of a human.
