Lu Yei?!
She looks at him angrily and tries to remove his coat. He holds her hands to prevent her from removing it again and hugs her. He caresses her back "I am sorry okay?".
She become silent and stood without any emotions as she was too tired to fight or push him now.She was mentally exhausted. He couldn't understand what she was thinking and feels her not crying anymore carries her to his car, makes her sit.
He starts the car and gets a call from Grandpa. He purses his lips and answers.
He was about to reject the dinner.
Grandpa says in a panicking tone "Cheng..reach home soon.Jing is here too".
He asks "Grandpa ? " before he could say something the call ended. Tang Xi heard and remained passive.
He sighs and sees her pale face "I will drop you before-". She interrupts "Jing is there .I want to see him". The car was filled with silence after that and none started any conversation.
He drives to old home fast and both walked into the house.She covers herself with his coat so that her tampered shirt couldn't be seen.
Both saw Grandpa was standing before a room upstairs.Lu Cheng and Tang Xi walks upstairs and heard sobbing of a kid.
Tang Xi wonders Why is a kid in old house? She recalls about the kid brought by Qin Xuan. Grandpa must be taking care of her after her exit.
Lu Cheng asks "What happened?".
Grandpa says worriedly "She was asking for her mother...Till yesterday I convinced her somehow but..".
Lu Cheng looks at the door and asks "Where is the master key?".
A maid hands him and he was himself not sure how to handle the kid. As this was his first time meeting her after coming from rehabilitation centre. Before he didn't get chance to speak to this kid because of Qin Xuan. As she sent the kid to somewhere saying vacation.
He pushes the door and sees everything broken. Tang Xi gets surprised 'This kid created a mess!!'.
She too enters worrying what if the kid is hurt because of this broken things!. Lu Cheng sees a little girl sat in a floor burying her head in her legs.
Tang Xi sees the cuts in the kids arms and legs. She asks maid "Bring me medical kit!". The girl hearing a female voice looks up. She sniffs wiping her tears and sobs "Mommy?".
Tang Xi stood hearing the hoarse voice and gets sad for her. Lu Cheng gets near the kid and says "Little Bun look...Mommy went to -" and sees her not listening him anymore.
The girl frowns looking at Tang Xi. Tang Xi turns carrying the kit walking carefully to avoid the broken glasses but didn't see the kid and squats before the girl.
The girl eyes filled with tears and couldn't see Tang Xi's face. Tang Xi picks up a cotton swab and stopped in middle shocked to see the kid's face.
She gasps "Lu Yei?!".
