Jonathan was surprised he did not expect her to use the word 'strait' to describe her boss. After all, at the library, she sounded like she was enjoying her new place of work. "Is he giving you a hard time?" He asked.
" It's not that it's just his personality, or maybe I'm just getting used to the new work environment, "Whitney replied.
"Oh, I see. I hope your colleagues are not difficult as well? "Jonathan inquired. He cared about her, he did not want her to suffer. He wanted to tell her to quit her job so he would get her another, but then again, she was unwilling and might feel uncomfortable.
