The flame Phoenix kingdom has multiple villages, about 20 small cities but three major cities and the royal Capital, and they are three academies in total, which are the royal academy, the black hawk academy, and the military academy, the three academy send people to each city to conduct a preliminary examination, and choose the academy they wish to attend, the qualifiers will be taken to undergo the final examination at their respective academy of choice.
