The Dawn of the New World

The world ended in 2012. Hao Xuan was transported to a new realm along with the rest of humanity. The novel follows his adventures through this vast new plane, fighting men and beasts alike, making friends, finding love, and etching out his own existence in the boundless universe all the while trying to unravel an insidious plot that he has unwittingly become a part of. Romance, humor, friendship, betrayal, loss, schemes, light, and darkness. All the creatures from your dreams, stories, and movies are real in this absurdly wonderous world. TLDR: A Xuanhuan Eastern High fantasy novel centered around a displaced teen from earth in a world of cultivators, mythical monsters, Archaic Demons, and Old Gods. Calling home

*Rumble*

'Huh...?'

Hao Xuan slowly opened his eyes and was welcomed by darkness.

"What?" he tried to speak but when he opened his mouth, his tongue touched something hairy.

He quickly jumped up and realized what was blocking his vision.

"Meow!"

Zhurong meowed with a brokenhearted expression. He was just resting on Hao Xuan's face and was suddenly flung through the air like a ragdoll.

*Cough*

Hao Xuan coughed up a few hairs and looked at Zhurong angrily.

"Don't look at me like that you dick. Why the hell were you sitting on my face?!"

"MEOW MEOW!" Zhurong retorted loudly and looked away proudly as if to say 'You should be grateful to be my royal seat!'.

Like he was doing Hao Xuan a favor. He then walked out of the room through an open glass door at the back that led outside.

Hao Xuan got up and fumbled around the room, almost losing his balance. The migraine was back again albeit in a much lower intensity.
