No Longer Fun
When Gabriel had brought out the bottle from his inside coat pocket, Victoria had instantly felt her spirits brighten and her hunger eat deeper into her bones till it bore a hole inside them. The craving was maddening but she would not succumb to his desire to see her break.

If only he'd succeeded in twisting the cap open, how well could she resist? Hence, she'd frowned for him to see, taking enough pains to turn her head to the side. Because whatever was in that bottle was pulling her close as if dragging her with a rope. Her senses came to life and all she wanted was blood... and more blood.
Her throat was painfully dry to even allow her to swallow.
She struggled to put up an act.
Luckily, Gabriel was too dumb to even notice her pretence.
"Victoria. Are you really this dumb?" He sprang up from his slouched position.
