Chapter 6: dragon vs triton part 2

Clean the blood from my sword. I commands Rodrigo to come back. As Rodrigo landed, I sat on his back, smirking as I looked at the leftover warriors preparing their arrows.

I only gave them a smirk before I lifted my hand. Rodrigo opens his mouth, blue flames appearing on it, making them hesitate as they pull their bows down.

I was prepared to end them before a redhead woman screamed out.

We surrender.

The woman kneeled as the men looked in shock; they quickly did the same kneeling in front of me. I jump off of Rodrigo back, and I decide to use observe on the woman.

Description: she is the daughter of Walters Varangia and cousin of the current king and consider the true ruler of Varangia since she's the one that manages the finances of all the islands and it's the ambassador of Varangia. I could only scowl, feeling my head start to hurt as I read the whole entire fucking book given to me as a description of her.

Shaking off the pain, I walk up to them, seeing some of them move uncomfortably, but I ignore them, simply focusing on the woman.

Pulling out my sword, I can see some of the men trying to go for there weapons, but they were stopped by Marcel lifting up her hand, telling them to stop.

I simply pointed my blade at her and simply said why.

She moved her head up, looking up to my eyes with a slight confusion before her eyes wide and slightly and her face turning unemotionless. "Because the idiot we have as king is going to have us killed, I am assuming you come for retribution, your of house Pendragon, Prince of Camelot," she says as I look at her in surprise.

But honestly, it wasn't a surprise. I have not been keeping my identity, a secret in my house, my sigil being ingrained in my chest of armor, and my shield having the symbol of the crimson dragon.

Removing the sword, I simply give her a smirk. Come with me. I simply said Rodrigo was leaning down, giving room for me and her to get on him. It'll be slightly easier to convince these assholes when a member of the royal family has already been the need to me (or maybe they won't just consider her just a dumb woman, but hey, you can hope).

Honestly, she knew this was going to happen eventually. The moment her stupid cousin declared himself emperor of the sea and prepared plans to irritate the other kingdom, egging them into a war, she knew this would happen.

Her family were always idiots. From her uncle, who passed away a couple years ago, to her father, who could only think with his fist or dick, and her idiotic cousin, the worst of them all. When William took the throne, she didn't expect him to be a good king, but at least a little competent and enough so they wouldn't end up in unnecessary conflict.

They were already the world's laughing stock; they might as well not make it worse, but no, the bastard was too arrogant and believed in the same bullshit. Her father and her uncle used dispute that they were the chosen ones by the sea Lord and that their rightful place was at the top; she should've known that he would try something like this.

But out of anyone, she didn't expect a Pendragon to come. House Pendragon rules over Camelot, a western country, and is the only family who has the ability to tame and control dragons truthfully.

Many warriors in the past have tamed dragons, but none of them have gained any power over the dragon or gained any power similar to the dragon.

Just because you managed to beat a dragon to a pole and gain his loyalty does not mean you gain power from that dragon. Pendragon, on the other hand, gains power from their dragons.

From what she heard, only one son in this generation had the ability to do that. That son, obviously, is the warrior who is currently flying her with his dragon to one of the other islands.

She would've enjoyed the experience more if it weren't for the fact that the man was burning her people with the basic commands of his dragon, and the same man also killed her father.

She was always irritated with the man, but that was her father. No matter her idiot father died for his ignorance. Additional reason to blame besides. She might be able to use this to her advantage to gain more power; hopefully this man was just a meathead like every other warrior she met.

This is fucking pathetic. That was the only thing I could think as I cut off once more the head of a certain redhead who looked familiar to my female companion.

I have been to every single one of these islands and killed the lord of each one until I got here and killed the supposed king of this pathetic country.

And now the people are bending the knee. Practically submitting to me after I killed their leader?

I mean, I guess the giant lizard behind me probably helps me a lot, including the support of one of the members of the royal family of this country, the former royal family, since I usurp them.

There's still a hidden objective. I thought before deciding to wait on it to see what it would be. It wouldn't hurt after all.

Moving my head, I look around to simply smirk to see the former home of the former king of this place.

Some of the men clearly looked unhappy as I walked to the castle; the others just looked defeated. The gates were opened by two peasants close to the door leading me to the throne room.

He had to give it to him. The former king of this place clearly had tasted what his name was again; well, that doesn't matter.

The throne room was large, the walls being made by this weird black silky stone, some of the walls having the banners of House Varangia, the flag having a blue background with a white duck as its symbol...

Why am I not surprised? I thought, looking at the stupid sigil, I was definitely going to replace it with my own personal sigil, thinking of potential designs for a sigil that he could have before his system gave him a notification.

Considering how fucking retarded the people are, I'm not surprised. But I do get it a little bit. Imagine living your normal life and then some guy with a giant lizard just burns your house down for shits and giggles.

Immediately I click my inventory clicking on a certain icon a Shaw hat getting placed on my head. As he did another pop-up appear, Jesus he was going to have a lot of these tonight wasn't he?

Being an adult stinks.

I meant to post this earlier, like a month ago, but life is just full of surprises. Next chapter should be the reactions from other characters. Artorius really did not bother to be subtle.

So Artorius is a king now.

Not for long, like he said in Chapter 1, he doesn't like politics, which is going to be difficult considering he's literally the ruler of a nation.

Also, did you guys see the ending of House of the Dragon?

God, this show is going to get the Game of Thrones ending treatment. I just know it. I know for a fact, people are going to hate it. Unfortunately, the stupid ass ending has also given rise to the retards who think seeing Daenerys in daemon visions confirms that she is the prince that was promised.

There's so much I can bitch about this show, but the worst thing is the character assassination they did with Alicent Cake Hightower. I know she's a different character in the show, then Fire and Blood Bastille. They really make me fucking hate this character even more than Rhaenyra, who has to be one of the most annoying protagonists that I have ever seen.
