Chapter 43: Invitation To His Party. 

Cole's POV

I sighed dropping the call, I looked up to see that Arianna was gone. It made me heave a sigh again. The call was important and I couldn't bear not picking it up. 

She was being dramatic by saying she likes me. No! She's not. She really does and I didn't fail to notice that. I knew she liked me but I couldn't stop seeing her as my kid sister, that's what we've always been to each other. 

I couldn't reciprocate the feelings she had for me, maybe I wanted to but just couldn't. 

And Mabel? I didn't know why I broke up with her, I just felt like the relationship wasn't meant for the both of us. It really wasn't meant for us because I can't seem to be able to give her even a part of my heart, well, I didn't know if hers also belonged to me. 

My thoughts were cut short by my assistant who opened the door getting me out of my reverie. I groaned, my face turning into a frown.
