Eddie's father had been restless ever since the arrest of his son, he wasn't himself. He kept on moving up and down, inside of him he knew his son was innocent, that he was framed " who could have done this, how is this possible " he kept asking himself, since there was an evidence of his procession on the lady who died he doesn't know how he could bring him out unhurt been known as a righteous one.

Eddie's step mother was seen trying to console her husband, she was rather too judgemental " Eddie's character is unpredictable no one knows his next step….." her husband cut her short "are you saying my son actually killed that lady, is that what you are telling me? See if you don't have any information about rescuering my son from that prison you can leave or are you the perpetrator? " She was angry with the response she received but how can she show it, she dare not.

Eddie was maltreated, no evidence that he was innocent since there's no one to testify except for me who was with him before he was framed, I contemplated going to testify, he is a good man with a good heart, he cannot hurt a soul " I will risk my life for him, I am not scared no matter what he must not be executed for what he did not do, even if for nothing for the sake of hs woman i " I was furios, I don't even know I was speaking out loud, standing up I went straight to the prison. Eddie is innocent, I am a witness I mean it, I am ready to tell you the truth, " what truth is it that you have to say because he'll be executed today by 1 pm" I was scared to hear that Eddie will be killed if he's not found innocent, " please help him the day he was arrested was the day of his mother's burial remembrance, while he was returning that was when the incidence happened, please help him " it was just as if I had just entertained him with my word because it shows he didn't burge an edge.

What evidence did you have, how are you sure he didn't use the burial remembrance as a decoy? Who are you to him, Were you together with him on that Day?" I was scared with that last question, should I say I was with him on that day? Will they not arrest me with him, but I said I was ready to do anything for him right? I have to say the truth even if it will have to do with me getting a punishment. I gave a sigh of relief, then responded, " I was there with him on the day he was arrested, we went together to his mother's grave side, coming back, we saw the dead corpse where we'll be passing, then the police officers came and arrested him, he was the one who told me to run away but now I can not run away again seeing he'll be executed, please help him.

" I think you need to be arrested, so you are another suspect of the murder case, sergeant Cosby come and arrest this man" I was afraid, all my pride and ego disappeared, I started tearing up, as the sergeant entered, he went straight to his boss and whispered something that I can't hear to his bosses ear, his boss jumped up immediately rushing outside together with the sergeant, I followed to see what happened.

As I got there I saw the king and his men with a lady who seems to have led them to the prison quarters, I can see fury on the king's face, is this all about hope for Eddie or it's the judgement that the king came for? My feet was in disarray with the look on the king's face, they dragged Eddie out, he's been face battered. He had given up to die since he could not defend himself, even at that he sends messages to his woman to show he loves her even if it's in pain or in freedom.

" The King had gone to the court yard after meeting with that lady who escaped being killed, who could be trusted so much and will loose track on accomplishing a simple task of killing two people and one of them escaped, that's like leaving smoke behind, don't you get it" " it might backfire at us, we can't just sit down and watch ourselves going down the drain, what do you think we should do?" " I had done my best, those guards we sent, I had sent someone to execute them, so that no one hears about it henceforth " the papetraitors of the murder were having strategic meeting on their next move.

" What evidence did you have, to say that Eddie was innocent, he was seen on the site of the incidence,his favourite knife was used to stab the victim, so what convinctive evidence did you have I want to hear you"

Everyone was silent waiting for explanation from the lady, from the tone in the voice of the head council of judges one will know there's more to the story than just meet the eye, I began to think of the likelihood of whom could be responsible for framing Eddie, see!! my mind went only to that woman who called herself Eddie's mother, what a witch!! I don't know, I was just furious for no reason than why would it be Eddie of all people, while this thought was running through my small head the lady was ushered to the midst of the jury who had prepared for the execution of Eddie not knowing there ever could be a reversal through procurement of a witness,. I can see fear written on there faces, I don't know what could have caused it but I think they've accepted defeat, " This honourable court want to hear what you have to say, you can proceed to taking of the oath, she took the oath and sighed a relief, I bet you I sighed with her, everyone was patiently waiting to hear her speak, as she was speaking a big door was opened and some people were ushered in which caused another reaction.
