Hundreds of prisoners were brought into the dungeon then disappearing in just a few days, the cocoon at the base of the tree looked full and bright with power flowing through it.

Cynthia was at the office going through all of the papers brought in, she notices that they have crops that are not yielding anything at all and she calls the leader of their agricultural councilor.

" Danis what is going on in the farming plots" Cynthia asked the man who walks over with a map spreading it out on a table with marks of red covering the majority of plots as he sighs.

" I've sent out groups to try and find the problem but nothing was found except for alot of the farmers are dying at alarming rates, usually the children would die but the adults are the ones dropping like flies" Danis said taking his hand through his hair, Cynthia looks over the map then takes a pen writing down the number of deaths and fields that are dying down then looks over at Danis.

" we're going to get several groups together to go personally to these places, which place was the first to happen" Cynthia said looking at where he pointed to the small village near the broken forest, she nods her head then Danis left her office with instructions to get several groups together.

" Layla we have a problem....it seems that the first plots that has the most fatalities and dead land is near the broken forest where the dark beasts are locked in by the wall of thorny trees. I'm hoping that it's not something that will be hard to fight against and we need to send healers with the groups for the people and then experts for the crops " Cynthia said as Layla was looking over the numbers of deaths, she shakes her head in disappointment then looks over at the map in disbelief.

" why did they wait so long to bring it to our attention...this is just bullshit and I want the ones who kept this under wraps punished " Layla said dragging her hands through her hair, Cynthia pulls Layla into a hug then kisses her lips.

" I agree and I'm also going to go to see with my own eyes what's going on" Cynthia said as Margo walks through the door, she smiles at them both then looks at the map with furrowed brows.

" this is a disaster" Margo said walking back to the door then whispers to her servant, she closes the door then walks back to the map.

" my soldiers will also go and some of my experts will be divided into these groups " Margo said pointing to a paper that Cynthia had already wrote out, Margo writes down the men she is sending with their groups.

" I'm hoping it's not a Arch Devil but it seems like it might be " Margo said looking up at Layla then rubs her back soothingly.

" ok we'll go to the places that this happened to first, I'll go with you Cynthia" Layla said as Margo looks between the two nodding her head.

" well I'll go with you both and also have more soldiers go with us since it's right at the border of the broken forest just in case something is there " Margo said looking over the map when she feels someone hugging her from behind, she thought it was Layla but then she seen her walk out of the office.

Margo takes a deep breath then turns around facing Cynthia who is staring back at her, Margo went to step back to only be pulled into a heated kiss and she didn't reciprocate at first but then she did.

Cynthia breaks the kiss stepping back only to have Margo step closer to her and pulling her back into another passionate kiss, her hips hit the desk then she gets placed on top of the desk.

" don't start something that you can't finish sweet heart" Margo said kissing down her jawline to her neck, Margo has always found Cynthia hot but never made a move since the two of them would always argue.
