Chapter Forty Three: Flower Bowl

Ralph's point of view 

After so much deliberation and thinking, one of the councillor's decided to raise an issue:

"Are you all going to believe this cock and bull story the alpha has cooked up with his beta to us? We are not babies. I know what I saw".

"What did you see?". I was more than angry as I spoke in an aggressive voice. 

Which was wrong to do so to the elders, expect if the council man has offended me or  crossed his boundaries, which he hasn't.

"Did the alpha just speak to me like a child? I will not accept that even your father can't speak to me like that." 

I know what he was trying to do. Augusta was always the rebellious counsel who has always wanted so many things to go his way. On many occasions, I have countered his suggestions to the counsel.
