Chapter 98: The Attack

Seeing how few they were brings sadness to my heart. But I shrugged it off. There shouldn't be space for sorrow right now.

  My first subject is to kill the primordials' Queen. She is one of Hawwah's puppets. I knew she knew something about that skinwalker's whereabouts; if only I could get my hands on her blood, it would help me with my plan. 

For millennia, vampires and Lycans werewolves were at war because of her. Her jealousy of Lilith and Amira was unmeasurable, making them mortal enemies. But I will end it. She might be out there, watching and waiting to bite on my back, but I will never let her do that. If I die, I'll bring her with me. 

That night, I briefly told them about my plan. Both hunters, Daywalkers and Shifter Wolves listened to me. I told them the mission must end before dawn and that the cave must be closed for good. I also explained to them that Lycan wolves are acting as their guards there.
