The room fell silent, and Charles stared. at Eric, his eyes wide with shock. "What are you saying?" he managed to say. Eric, his voice strained, replied, his formality dropped "He knows about the life core, Charles!"

"That fucking king must have told them" charles says angirly " I don't think he had told them he is stupid but not that stupid to tell them that! Since they could use him too"

Eric says as he held his life core tightly, a pained expression on his face as he struggled to speak through his cough. Charles, with a sigh, assisted him in sitting down. The gravity of the situation weighed heavily on both of them.

"I should have killed him from the start" Charles was in the midst of speaking when the sound of the headquarters door opening as han walked in with cold expression "your highness i had done what you ordered me to do"

He says but as his eyes fall on eric all his coldness had finished to be replaced with worried one "Eric! Are you alright? Why are you even here?!" Eric's eyes widened in surprise, his thoughts momentarily distracted from the situation at hand

his attention drawn to the clothes Han was wearing.This was the first time he'd seen him dressed in such a manner, and he couldn't help but notice how the red shirt showed off his collarbone and a hint of his chest, complemented by black pants and a long jacket.

The long earring in his right ear and his hair falling perfectly, along with the short black gloves, and that red eyeliner which shows han's brown eyes perfectly created a whole new look for Han. Eric's coughs snapped him back to the present, and he shifted his gaze to Charles

Then his eyes went back toward Han. As he asked, "Why are you dressed like that? You usually prefer basic clothing." Charles then spoke up,

"Oh, that's something no one should know about, but since you've already seen it, I'd like to introduce you to my assistant, Han, or my right hand." To this, Eric's eyes widened with surprise as he says "Your WHAT?" he repeated incredulously.

"Wait Charles how could you put HIM as your assistant!! Isn't he so weak and on top of that he can't control his power?"

"He may be weak and struggle to control his power, but Han's acting ability is truly remarkable. He attends nobles' gatherings and gathers crucial information for us. Half of the problems we've managed to solve were thanks to his efforts."

Charles explained, a small smile on his face. Eric was still shocked he always thought that han do nothing at all well now that was something he would never think about

"Anyway your highness i had talk to all the five big families and four of them agreed to participate in the war but for mazona's family bad situation had forced them to refuse your request since the headmaster of the family had already died and his son who should take his place still so young-"

Charles cuts han's words as he says "yeah i understand it alright the royal army and all the four family with us it will make it easy to the war against the humans!"

"War? Against humans?" Eric looks at both of them "well yeah? We already declared war" Charles says as the stepped toward his chair he had to look at the information papers that han brought to him

"Isn't that hurry decisions? The human had something weird that effects our power!" Eric says as he looks at his hand which is now become completely covered with black.

"Even if they had something like that. If we don't act now, especially after what they did to you," he stated, his voice filled with anger and determination. "Who will ensure they won't strike first if we don't do anything at all?"

Eric bites his lips han was right! If they don't take the first move then they will be in great danger especially since that william knows about the life core!

"I will do my best in this war!" Eric says but both of han and Charles look at him and says "you won't be participating in this war eric!"
