Chapter 97

Brinley Collins...

Brin walked around the auto shop, clanging her tools loudly and kicking away everything in her path. She checked the engine of the cars she installed newly, trying to keep her hands busy. She was annoyed and couldn't seem to concentrate. Brinley had nothing on her mind except for one specific person.

He was the only one who held the power to keep her in this state of mind. She let out a huge breath and blew off the strands of hair, obstructing her vision. She finally settled on an old Chevy truck, which she had been working on for a few days.

The mat on the floor looked out of place, so Brin adjusted it before she took her place on it and got to work on the truck. It was all she could do to keep herself sane. One more thought of Ryker Scott and she would go crazy.
