"Think about how many boys she kissed in the past couple of years also counting the new boys that come each year"

"Leave Caroline before we call the owners of this place on you" Jana said standing up in front of her

Esperanza Pov

She completely ignored her and went in front of Alex

"Hmm? I wonder if you are better-"

"I am not a man whore like all the guys you kissed and maked out with"

"Oh! now you're making me feel bad" Caroline said touching his arm with a pout on her face

"Do you not know that you look horrible with that pout on your ugly face and also get your nasty hands off me" Alex said while shoving your hand off of him

"What? that line always works (scoff) whatever come on girls" they left before flipping their hair to the side

"YOU GO ALEX!" II said while me and Jana high-fived him

"Hey E, what happened between you and David?" Alex said

"Yeah what was Caroline talking about?"

"That's what I wanted to tell you before Caroline interrupted but let's go drop the dogs off then go eat somewhere I'm starving right now. Who's with me?"

"Yeah can we go to La Flor (The Flower) they have the best mexican food they're the best besides your mom Esperanza no I can top that off"

"I knew that already she's the best let's go before it gets more late AND before my mother tells me that I can't go anywhere because it's already turning night"

"Okay. Let's go Buster!" Jana called out to her dog who was playing with the other dogs. We went to drop them off then went to the restaurant afterwards. We were done ordering our food and drinks that was when I told them about what happened at school today

"Oh David is going to get a really awesome beat when I see him third period tomorrow"

"Calm down Alex-"

"No. How could I calm down Esperanza are all the guys you gonna date gonna treat you like sh**? Now two guys hurt you without my watch (meaning he was not there)" Alex said slamming his hands on the table

"Could you lower your voice please I don't want to much attention going on here"

"Sorry people, there is nothing to see here, excuse my friend and enjoy your food/evening thank you!......"I said getting Alex to sit down

"I know Alex but-"

"Sorry but E" Jana said

"Yeah?" I said looking away from Alex to see her

"Look over that direction isn't that Caroline AND David?"

"What?" I half screamed half yelled at her

"Yes that's them but why are they following us everywhere we go? We can never get rid of them"

"I know but I don't think they are following us anywhere"

"Well come on let's get out of here" Jana said standing up before leaving money on the table

"Wait what, why? Why are we leaving if we got here before them AND we already ordered our food also don't be such scary cats both of you" Alex said not standing up

"Who are you calling scaredy-cat boy" before Alex could respond back David came up to us, when did he come?

"E!" He tried to touch me but Alex stepped in front of me

Don't touch her a** h** and also don't call her by her nickname you don't deserve to even look at her also"

"No!"

"Fine." David turned around and walked away

"Puss-"

"What did you say Alex?"

"You heard me pussy" David punched him to the floor but before Alex could punch him back I pushed him aside and got punched by David instead

"I'm so sorry E"

"Whatever. Just get the heck out of here already!" I said grabbing Alex by the arm and walking away from him

"Ahh Esperanza. Are you jealous?" I looked over his shoulder and saw that Caroline had a smirk on her face. I jumped on her and started pulling out her hair. I got a few off before her minions started running towards me but Jana got in the way to stop them. That was when I felt someone's arms around my waist and pulled me back

"Let me get her! Let me get her!"

"No. She and him are not worth losing your energy"

"Yeah Esperanza listen to your prince charming"

"If Alex was not holding me back then I would've pulled your hair out and break your jaw"

"Oh I'm scared"

"You should be, you whore!"

"Whatever, what will a little nerd like you do to me? Nothing! I own our school, that's what!"

"You're wrong she's got me b****!"

"What?!" Caroline turned around and....

Jana Pov

Caroline turned around and saw me behind her

"Hey Idiot, when did you get it behind me huh?"

"Now!" I yelled a group of students from school started to throw food at Caroline and her minions

"(Scream) You will all regret doing this (scream) stop this instant"

" yeah or I WILL call the manager!"

"Sorry Kaitlyn but my father is the manager of this place so technically that means I'm the manager"

"I don't believe you if he is your dad tell him to come here then" She raised her eyebrows in my direction with a smirk on her face

"Nice job Kat!" Mavis said one of Caroline minions said high giving her

"Alright. But I'll make those smirks on your faces dis-a-ppear ... oye Juan, ¿puedes decirle a mi padre que venga aquí por favor?" (.... Hey Juan, can you tell my father to come please?)

I looked at my amigo (friend) who is staying at my house. He moved from Colombia for school and works in my dad's restaurant since he came to live with us but he will leave us :( at the end of the year, which I'm NOT looking forward to.

"Sí señorita" (Yes ma'am) as many times as I argued with him to NOT call me ma'am he still does it to get on my nerves which makes him laugh at my reaction. But I told him to call me Jana but as you can tell he does not. He told me one day that the reason why he does not all me Jana is because he wants to make a good impression to my parents so that way when he goes back home he can put my father as a reference in his résumé

"OK. Now we wait"

"Wow Kaitlyn what have you gotten yourself into now" Esperanza said with the same exact smirk they had

"Whatever, I don't need your sympathy or anyone's else's but my girls, right?"

"Totally!"

"That's my girl! I'm such a great teach-" Caroline got interrupted by my dad

"Who are we talking about ladies?"

"Oh hi dad-"

"DAD!?" Three very shocked girls were staring at me and my dad who was giving me, Caroline, and Caroline's friends a questioning look

"Bueno estas chicas de aquí no creen que no seas mi padre y no sé por qué si ya les dije además me están molestando a mí y a mis amigos también lo siento por molestarte sé que estás ocupado"

(Well these girls right here don't believe me that you're my dad and I don't know why? If I already told them plus they are bothering me and my friends sorry for bothering you I know you are very busy) I said with a sad face letting a tear fall down while pointing to Caroline and her minions

"So who is here bothering my child so that I can give them a piece of my mind?" Gustavo said (Jana's father) staring at Caroline and her so called friends

"S-sorry sir, I was telling your daughter that I wanted to be h-her friend, that's all right girls? (Scared laugh)" Kaitlyn said looking at both Caroline and Mavis

"Yeah that's right"

"Yeah we never lie"

"Sure" I whispered

"And who made this mess!"

"Lo siento papá fueron ellas" (Sorry dad it was them) I pointed to Caroline and her minions

"You three!"

"Yes?"

"Clean this mess up. I'll come back later to check on you three. I want this place spotless and clean, understand?"

"What!?"

"Is there a problem?"

"N-no sir"

"Yes there i-" Kaitlyn covered Mavis's mouth

"Nope. Not at all" she smiled at my father

"Good. chop chop this place won't be clean by themselves"

"ok-k"

"Oye Alex Esperanza saluda a tus padres de mi parte y fue bueno verlos a los dos!"

(Oh Alex Esperanza say hello to your parents for me and it was nice to see you)

"Gracias Gustavo tú también!" (Thank you Gustavo you too! )

"¡Y a ti también!" (And you too!) both Alex and Esperanza waved at my dad

"Adiós hija!" (Bye daughter)

"Bye!"

"So now you believe me?" I asked Kaitlyn when she was walking past me

"Whatever nerd"

"Ok whore"

"Well" Kaitlyn got interrupted by David

"Hey Esperanza, can I talk to you alone?" I forgot that David was still here Jesus please help me I really don't want to b**slap him right here right now and I don't care if it's in front of these people to know that he is a shirt face I guess Esperanza read my mind because she looked at me with a "I know that look back off' look

"Don't even think about it" Esperanza whisper to me while pointing a finger at me

"But whyyy? Esperanza I want too for what he..."I pointed to David who had a 'What about me' look

".......did to you"

"I know but it's my business not yours"

"Hey Jana, why don't we wait outside for a bit? I want to do it too but it's Esperanza's job to do it, not you or me, ok?"

"Fine" I said looking Alex then at Esperanza

"If you have problems with this faded face..." I said pointed to David

"....Then call us to help you with this bastard, ok?"

"Ok." She then whispered to me

"For sure then I'll let you do what you were thinking"

"Ok bye" I said very cheerfully with a huge smile on my face

"Bye" she said and I left with her food in mine and Alex's hands

Esperanza Pov

"(Sigh) ok David what do you want, huh?"

"Well first of all what was Jana meaning?"

"Oh nothing important or particular really"

"Esperanza!"

"What? I don't have to tell you everything I do, do I? And also you didn't tell me anything about your other girlfriend and look how that turned out to be!"

"No and ok then but-"

"Then-what-do-you-want?"

"Ok well can I get a kiss before I leave?" he said he was getting close to me which I tried to push him off me but me being weak and him being muscular and strong I couldn't do it but Juan help me

"Don't get her, you understand?" Juan said shoving him away from me

"What? Speak english! I-don't-understand-you!" David said about to push him

"DAVID! Leave him ALONE! Your fight is with me! So shut the f** up you racist white dude!"

"Whatever baby girl"

"Oye E, que me dejó ese chamaco no entendí que me dijo estaba hablando muy rápido?"

(Hey E, what did he say I didn't understand what he told me he was talking very fast)

"Nada importante, solo que se enojó porque lo alejaste de mí"

(Nothing important, just that he got angry because you pushed him away from me)

"De nada puedes darme un grito cuando este Bozo quiera hacerte algo" (You can give me a shout when this bozo wants to do something to you)

Oh! Juan does not speak any english as you can tell he transfer from Columbia but he's learning little by little I don't know that much information about him but him and Jana are really close

"Well David I changed my mind yes you can" I stepped closer to him and he leaned towards me when we were close enough I b** slapped him multiple times on each cheek >:). I kicked him where the sun didn't shine.

"HOW COULD YOU I NEVER CHEATED ON YOU I TOLD YOU MY DEEPEST SECRET AGAIN HOW COULD YOU!"

"II-I'm sorry Esperanza I didn't mean too"

"'I didn't mean to Esperanza' and you think you can do whatever you want and say sorry and I'll be OK with it so that way you can do it again afterwards"

"Well yes? that was my plan along"

"Well think again and if you haven't figured it out then I think it again until you do. I-didn't-mean-to" I mimicked him back

"You better stop Esperanza" David said when he was fully recovered from his tantrum and you could tell in this voice that he is getting a bit irritated

"Why?" I said getting mad myself too

"Because I'm getting sick of your b** sh** forgive me already so that I can win this stu*** bet already" he yelled halfway across the alley oh my bad yeah we went outside an alley so people can enjoy their food. Alex and Jana are in Alex's car watching and waiting for me I was now in front of him

"Just because you gave ME an attitude and all, plus yelled in my face. it does not mean I should forgive you and also WHAT THE HECK I'M PART OF A BET!! And lastly why should I forgive you for what-you-did-to-me" I said while punching his chest with every word

"(Scream) that is it! You whore!" With that he punched me on the stomach and I fell to the floor. Ya you heard me right, how does your ex-boyfriend punch you? If he says he loves you, huh? David was about to punch me but something or someone pushed him away from me so instead of punching me this mysterious person punched him to the floor. I couldn't tell who it was just because my head was spinning around and I couldn't focus on what was going on

"How does it feel to get punched huh? Huh! Never-Ever-Punched-A-Girl-Do-You-Hear-Me-Or-Are-You-Not-Hearing-Me!?"

"Yes s-sir"

"I don't hear you say it louder for the world to hear you ESPECIALLY Esperanza over there, you bast**" and with that he punched him really fast that knocked him out

"Hey Eille are you ok?"

Yeah I think I am"

"Alright let's take you home now"

"Ok" I said not bothering to pay attention to the voice I couldn't see my savior's face but with that he picked me up and took me to which I'm guessing is his car the last thing I remember is hearing Alex and Jana calling me

"ESPERANZA!!" I then blacked out
