[You have earned 5000 Kill Points for killing an Ogre]
Even though I've killed the ogre by using myself as the bait and my clone as the attacker. I can materialize my clones into reality and make use of them, it's a function I've learned only recently. But they only have a bit of my strength rather than full, but that is enough to defeat weaker enemies or hunt animals to eat if I've been somehow injured in the wilds.
Anyhow, Alexander seems to have disappeared. I can't see him anywhere. I looked around and saw hundreds of goblin warriors, and a dozen goblin mages surrounding me, along with the goblin miners and the normal goblins. They were angry, and saw that I was weakened from my fight with the ogre so they decided to surround and attack me.
But that's not going to work, not one bit.
I opened my mouth and tossed a rejuvenation pill into my mouth, then crushed it with my teeth and swallowed. I instantly felt healed, all of my injuries were healed. This pill is extremely useful, especially in life and death situations.
I stood atop the stomach of the fallen ogre as I said as intimidating as possible, but I only sounded like a child with god complex, "I have killed your leader! What are you all going to do now, eh?" I looked down at every single one of them as I held my poisonous dagger tightly, "Let me tell you what you all are going to do now; die!"
I jumped in the middle of all of them as they charged at me, only to get cut by my dagger, killing them instantly with the effect of the poison.
I ran through them as I randomly waved my dagger at them, and since I'm shorter than them, the part of their body I would mostly cut is their legs. A single cut of this poisonous dagger is more than enough to kill a drake instantly, as long as they are not adult drakes.
The goblins were falling down to the ground every time I ran past through them, and I got to say, they're going down fast. I'm simply getting numerous notifications about Kill Points each time I kill a goblin. It ranges from 20 KP to 300.
The goblin warriors tried stopping me with their shields but I would just punch through it and cut them in the legs, then they would die. And I have an armor that can protect me from every sword attack, so everything is going well for me, so far.
I stopped and used my earth magic to raise a platform 20 meters into the sky, and looked around me.
Certainly, I killed many of them, around 50 or so. But there are still hundreds of them, I need a s wide-ranged spell that can kill numerous enemies at once.
I controlled my armor to shield my head as it is the only part of my body that's not protected, and the black armor's top layer suddenly went jelly and then it slowly covered my head. It formed a black mask over my head with two white eyes and small breathing holes for me. I feel like I look cool but I'll check it later, I have goblins to kill.
The goblin mages tried to hit me with their spells but to no avail because I had my barrier up. We're in a stalemate, but that'll change soon.
The goblins then tried climbing the pillar I erected, where I am currently, but only long, sharp spikes greeted them. They got impaled in the head or their vital organs, but either way, they are slowly dying.
I watched them in indifference as they struggled to try and harm me, it's pathetic, really. They are so weak, they have lost their morals, and they're probably just waiting for their deaths. I see the look in their eyes; it's despair. That's why it was so easy to kill them, they are already prepared to die.
Since they already want to die, then I'll give them the sweet release of death.
I smashed my hands together, and controlled the earth below me to recede to the deepest of holes.
*Rumble* *Rumble*
All of the goblins surrounding the pillar I was standing on fell to the deep hole I created, and they did not even struggle to climb back up.
I then pointed my palm at them, and a huge amount of water gushed out of my hand. They were slowly being filled up until they reached a certain point, and then I used my lightning magic to electrocute them all to death for a few minutes. I used the maximum voltage of my lightning magic so that they would die faster; call it a mercy slaughter.
A few survived on top of the giant hole but most of them were dead. I heard countless notifications ringing in my head, and since they were starting to annoy me, I told tutorial bot to turn it off, which he did. No one wants to hear so many *dings* in their head, no one!
I looked down below me and saw the bodies of the goblins, resting in the depths of the small pond I made. I killed so many sentient beings, yet I felt nothing. Not a single shred of remorse for them, I only felt emptiness. I did not feel sad, happy, or angry, only this void feeling of emptiness.
Have I turned into a monster? No… since the moment I was born, I was already like this; a sociopathic monster; a killer; a slaughterer.
I looked around, and saw nothing but endless destruction. The village was on fire, so I canceled them all. These flames are mine, my magic, so I can control them however I want.
The only thing that was left was the destruction I created. A somber feeling arose in my heart as I saw the charred house of the ogre. I went inside, only to see a… red baby being protected by a small barrier made of mana? No, if I looked closely enough, I can see small horns protruding on its forehead. This must be that ogre's offspring. If so, where is the mother?
I looked around the charred house, and saw a jar of ashes near what I suspect was the bed of the ogre. That must be the ashes of someone the ogre knew; AKA the mother.
I walked towards the baby on the bed, it was asleep. It looked so peaceful, yet I know that it will eventually become like its father. If I left it alive, it might come for revenge in the future. And those who seek revenge are usually a huge headache, killing this red baby now would be more beneficial for me.
I raised my dagger, and I immediately stabbed it towards the offspring of the ogre, only for my dagger to bounce off the barrier around it.
"Tch, how troublesome." I muttered.
As I was about to stab it again, I suddenly felt a presence outside of the house, and I was about to move away but I was too late! A huge hand crashed through the roof of the charred house, and it grabbed me, then pulled me up.
*Crash*
I was inside the hand, it felt cold, as if it was dead.
It tried to crush me but I used my barrier to push myself out of the hand, and then I landed on the ground, staring at the foot of a red monster.
I looked up, and saw a giant. A red giant as tall as 200 meters. Huge horns protruded from its forehead, and I realized; this was the dead ogre!
'What the!? How!'
[Auguste! Get out of this place immediately! That monster is beyond your current power level! You'll die!]
I've never heard tutorial bot so panicked, so frantically as I can, I ran away.
There was only one thing remaining in my head, how did the ogre grow so big without me noticing?
Ah, so... I forgot that it was in chapter 24 that I introduced the main antagonist.
Heh, my bad!
Anyway, hope you enjoyed the chapter, stay well, and as always, thank you for reading!
