War with the poison valley 2

All the members standing on high platforms have been killed and nobody dared to stand there anymore.

Su Yue started to move closer to the gate since no one was up on the wall to stop her. As she moved closer, so were her subordinates moving behind her.

On getting to the gate, Su Yue looked at it for a while before she raised her hand and gestured with her fingers for them to scale over the wall.

"Scale over the wall!" Ah Yue Cheng said out loud. Only a few of them know what her little gestures mean anyway, so telling the others was also their duty as the senior disciples.

The disciples know that scaling over the wall would mean early death because they are well aware that their enemies were right behind the wall with their weapons ready, so those scaling the walls had poisons with them.

Hundreds of disciples rushed to the wall and started to climb up like ninjas in groups. They formed well-arranged line after line on the tall wall with about twenty to thirty disciples on each row.

Almost getting to the top of the wall, the first line of disciples stopped with one hand holding the top of the wall and the other hand pulling out a bottle from their bodies.

With their teeth, they pulled off the cap of the bottle and threw the bottles into the compound.

They waited for the students to start screaming before the first rows of students jumped into the academy.

The second line of students didn't waste time and immediately followed the first into the compound.

As the rows of disciples poured into the academy, Su Yue curled her lips and started to move her horse forward, knowing that the gate would soon be opened.

In no time, the huge gate was opened and the disciples behind her rushed into the academy while shouting.

Together with the top fifty disciples, Su Yue rode her horse majestically into the massive school.

The academy was a sight to behold with beautiful small buildings separated by big spaces that could contain a few hundred students.

However, those spaces were killed with students wearing yellow uniforms and disciples wearing black uniforms with different color outlines fighting with swords for dear life.

Some corpses were already littering the floor, but all of the corpses were students wearing yellow uniforms.

Just when Su Yue, who was in front, entered the academy from the gate, she heard the sound of something cutting through the air and flying towards her.

It was already too late for her to block it with her unsheathed sword, so she bent back on her horse, lying flat on it with her back.

An arrow flew past her. Just when she was about to raise herself, another arrow flew over.

The moment the third, fourth, five, and countless arrows started to fly towards her, she knew she was being ambushed and staying on her horse wasn't safe anymore, so she dived off her horse, coincidentally stepping on a flying arrow.

Getting on her feet, Su Yue struck her horse with her unsheathed sword and the horse neighed before running out of the academy through the open gate.

The top fifty disciples that came in with Su Yue were already fighting off the arrows being shot at them, so when Su Yue dived off her horse, they also did and sent their horses out of the academy.

Escaping is better than getting killed. They thought.

"Close the gate!"

One of the elders screamed the command after Su Yue and her disciples moved out of the gate and were focused on fighting off the arrows they were being shot at.

A few students from poison valley rushed to the gate and closed it.

They were thousands in number and their enemies were mere hundreds, so of course, they would win with the lots of preparations they had made, after all, this was their turf!

While Su Yue was fighting off arrows, some students decided to take that chance to kill her off.

The pavilion master had promised that whoever was able to kill the master of the sword of death assassins would be made an elder, so the hot-blooded youngsters' eyes shone with greed when they saw the 'man' in a black mask getting distracted by the arrows.

A few of them rushed towards her with their long swords while crying.

"Hiaaaaaa!!"

"Stab"

"Slash"

"Snap!"

Su Yue didn't waste a second to stab one in the chest, slash another in his throat and hold one by the neck. With a slight curve of her lips, she snapped the student's neck without blinking.

One of the students found an opening and thrust his sword towards Su Yue's stomach.

She moved her stomach back from the tip of the sword and took a step to the side to avoid the sword altogether. Then she grabbed the boy's wrist and pulled him forward, catching the student unaware.

Before the student could think of how to invade her, he felt sharp objects pierce into his stomach and cut through his organs.

The student frowned in pain and looked at the person causing havoc inside him with her blade… standing in front of him.

She has a smile on her nude lips. Her eyes were cold which sent shivers down his spine.

Her black mask that covered one side of her face and the long bang that covered the other side, plus that one eye that was staring into the student's soul as it leaves his body, were the things the student could remember before he felt his world spin and an object with a sharp mouth pierced into his back.

The boy let out a muffled groan as he looked at Su Yue with blood trailing down the corner of his lips.

Another arrow flew into his back, then another and another…

The boy became a human shield for Su Yue, from the arrows that were being shot at her.
