Chapter 6

Ashmond and raven are running towards the guardian while the hunters and the undead are clearing a path for them. "What is our plan anyway?" Ashmond ask raven.

"We will fight the guardian and analyze him, If he has a weak spot." He said, as he dodging the incoming wood roots.

"Does It have one?" Ashmond ask.

"Every monster have their own weaknesses, we just need to find it." Raven said, as he materialize flame around his sword.

'Easier said than done.' Ashmond is annoyed at raven talk about finding it's weakness like it's an easy job.

The guardian notice both of them coming towards him throwing wood spikes towards them, raven dodge them with no difficulty while ashmond block them using his sword also getting cuts on his arms and body but still keep running.

Once raven close to the guardian he jump high to the air, preparing his sword flame downward towards the guardian. "Fire blast!" He shout making giant flame coming out from his sword.

Fire blast is a skill raven make with the combination of his fire magic and sowrdsmanship. This skill can kill all below S rank and now raven use it against the guardian to kill him.

The fire blast makes contact with the guardian creating smoke around him, raven touch on the ground and ashmond arrive at his side. "Did you kill him?" Ashmond said.

Ashmond is amaze of how strong raven is, he believe that S rankers and above are very strong people and now he can see for himself what kind of skill and power the S rankers and above have.

He gripped his sword and grit his teeth. 'One day I will reach this level with the help of the system and once I reach SSS rank, I can do whatever I want and crush who oppose me.' He begin to imagine red rose and all the ladies he will get and kill everyone who messes with his girls and him.

Raven who is not paying attention to ashmond who is daydreaming, he look at his front where he attack the guardian with his fire blast. The smoke began to disperse slowly revealing a big sphere made out of woods, the spehere disassembled by itself revealing the guardian with no scratch of his attack.

'Shit! I knew this was not going to be easy.' Raven makes a stance to ready for the battle against the guardian, he knew killing the guardian will be hard because he already raid some boss monsters who are strong like the guardian in different towers.

Ashmond get out of his thoughts notice the guardian and get ready to attack him. The guardian began to attack both of them using wood magic and many root spikes coming towards them.

Raven parry his attacks with fast swordsmanship and ashmond using defensive magic. 'Shit, I can't hold his attack much longer.' Ashmond is sweating because his defensive magic can't hold the barrage attacks of the guardian.

Ashmond began to jump back calling his undead. "My loyal undead army, come to me." The undead army heard their master began running to his location to assist him. The undead tanker hunter began to use their shield to defend them from the guardian's attack and the undead mages who is at the back of the undead tanker attack the guardian using their magic.

The guardian who see magic spells coming towards him began to create wood shield to defend. He succesfully defend himself from the attack but suddenly his shield cut into two pieces revealing raven with his sword imbued with flame.

'Now's my chance.' Raven began to swing his sword to the guardian. "Fire Blast!"

The big flame magic that is ready to explode and spread burning the target to death. The flame makes contact with the guardian makes a big explosion creating large smoke around the guardian.

Raven landed on the ground near the guardian and look up to see If his attack succeded. The smoke dispersed revealing the guardian's right hand and right body destroyed while his head, left arm and left body is still intact but there are many cuts around his body.

'Shit! I never expect he still survive against the direct hit of my fire blast!' Raven ready to jump to fight the guardian but he stop his tracks and heard someone shout behind him.

"Die, You ugly piece of shit!" Raven see ashmond fly towards the guardian with his sword gripped on his right hand. When ashmond see the guardain is still alive with half of his body and his head is intact , he ordered the undead tanker to throw him towards the guardian.

The guardian ready to cast his wood attacks but suddenly there is an explosion causing his attack cancelled. "What the fuck?" Guardian is surprise his attack is negated before it was ready to launch at ashmond.

Ashmond know who make that explosion, he look down below to see raven with his flaming sword. "Finish him!" Raven shout to ashmond to deliver the finishing blow to the guardian.

Ashmond undertsood what raven meant begin to ready his sword, he got only shot at this If he failed to kill the guardian then all of them will die.

The guardian tried to cast his defensive magic but raven wouldn't let him by sending his fire magic and flame slash towards the guardian. 'Dammit, this insect keep canceling my defensive spell. If this keep going I will die by that man's sword.' The guardian look between raven and ashmond.

The guardian needs to take down raven quickly then he can defend himself from ashmond to survive. 'I will not die here by lowly mortals.' He begin to sneak attack using the roots turning spikes.

Raven felt the presence of the guardian's attack from his behind, he begin to turn around fast enough to parry his attack. The guardian see raven is distracted taking this chance to defend from ashmond.

'He is distracted with this I can de–!' He look in front of him to see ashmond suddenly was in front of him. 'What! how could he suddenly be in front of me?' The guardian is certain his distance with ashmond is still far from him.

The reason why ashmond suddenly in front of the guardian because of his skill air walk. He get this skill because he level up from killing monsters.

[Skill : Air Walk

Description : This skill can make the user walk in the air for five minutes.

Cooldown : 1 minute

Note : This skill can be upgrade so the user can walk in the air longer but the cooldown also will be longer.]

Ashmond swing his sword to the guardian's neck and fly past the guardian, he landed on the ground behind the guardian turn back to see his death.

The guardian's neck was cut off from his body killing him. The guardian's head fall to the ground near raven, he just look at the giardian head with a calm face. He notice his sorrounding suddenly all the woods around the floor began to dissapear and the wood monsters are destroyed on it's own.

The hunters who are still alive and injured began to look around. "W-We won!" Said a hunter in whispered, he begin to raise his hand and shout. "We Won!"

The hunters began to cheer of killing the boss monster and survive the onslaught. Ashmond is exhausted kneel on the ground, he heard footsteps near him to see raven walk towards him.

He now stand in front of ashmond extended his hand to help ashmond stand up, ashmond see this surprise by his action. "Come on, get up we haven't completed the tower."

Ashmont accept his hand and get up. "Thanks." Raven and ashmont began to walk towards the remaining hunters who began to heal and recover by the healers.

Robert pretend he is exhausted and fell sitting on the floor, he notice a mage came to him and began to cast healing spell on him. "No." He shook his head and put his hand on the mage's hand.

"What!" The mage is surprise by this man action. "What do you mean 'no'?"

"I don't need to be healed just focus your healing spell on the other." Robert didn't need to be healed because he has godlike regeneration to heal his body and not many weapons or spells that can't hurt and pierce his body.

"Are you sure? You should at least recover your strength?" The mage is concerned about robert's condition.

"Don't worry, I'm okay." Robert said.

The mage look at robert with doubt expression but he accept robert words and went to the other hunters to heal them. Robert see the healer is gone began to sigh in relief, he see raven and ashmond began interact with each other.

'They should be ready because the real fight is about to begin.' Robert see the final door where the final boss resides.

Ashmond and raven who were talking with each other hear the sound of footsteps coming, they see red rose and andre walk to them. 'Red rose and andre, why are they walking towards us?' Raven thought and ashmond just focus his gaze on red rose.

"I want to thank both of you for helping my guild and other hunters for helping us defeat the guardian." Red rose thank both of them for helping them kill the guardian.

Ashmond still looking at red rose and raven just looking at red rose didn't speak any word, red rose shift her gaze to raven. "I never expect an S-rank hunter like you to be here, Raven!" As soon as she said raven's name and rank all the hunters including ashmond begin to look at raven and shocked to see an S-rank hunter is here with them.

Ashmond began to ask his system to see raven's status, when the system show him raven's status screen he is shocked and wide eyed of how powerful he is. He look at the skill and click the skill to see the description, he is now more shocked to see of how powerful raven skills are.

He is now jealous and envy at raven, his level in only 15, leveling up 5 levels from killing the guardian and raven is level 100 not to mention all the skills he have are S-SS rank and numbers of his stats is S-rank. He looks like an ant comparing to raven, he look at raven's level almost becoming level 101.

He look at red rose and raven begin to chat makes him angry and jealous, he also wants to have a chat with red rose. Red rose notice ashmond is looking at both of them. "We will talk later and once again thank you for helping us." Red rose said to raven.

Raven just nod his head, red rose walk to ashmond and begin to talk. "You must be the hunter who summon all those monsters and hunters, right?" Red rose ask.

"Yes, I am." Ashmond said.

"What's your name?"

"My name is ashmond."

"Alright ashmond. May I ask, what is your class?" Red rose is intrigued by ashmond class and raven look sideways to ashmond also intrigued of his class.

"My class is warrior and also a necromencer." Ashmond said with arrogance.

Raven, red rose and andre is shocked to hear his class necromencer class. They never heard such a class before nor seen it, this speculates that the necromencer class is a new class.

"Necromancer? I never heard of it." Andre began to think that there was never such a class.

"Me neither, this is the first time I ever heard that kind of class." Red rose never heard someone have a class like that while raven is silent but he also thinks of ashmond class and tried to find in his memory if such a class exist.

"That's to be expected because my necromencer class is a special class." Ashmond said, he had a smirk on his face.

The three of them are shocked ashmond necromencer class is a special class, this mean the man in front of them is a hunter that completed the special quest to obtain the class. They are shocked because they know how hard to complete the special quest to get the special class, many people failed and died but some complete the special quest and obtain that special class obtaining greater power and equipment.

"No wonder I never heard of it turns out it was a special quest." Red rose said, shocked about ashmond obtaining his own special class.

"You could say that." Ashmond smirk arrogantky and he is confident that he already make red rose interested in him.

"What is your class about?" Raven ask.

"My necromencer class can bring back people from dead to alive become an undead, I make them my army and summon them to help me." Ashmond boast about his class skills to the three of them.

The three of them listen about this necromency skills, they are shock about how useful and powerful this necromencer class is. 'Wait! If he can bring them back alive becoming an undead, does that mean he will have a whole army of undead of monsters and hunters?' Red rose thought in horror of ashmond necromencer power.

Andre also become intrigued about how useful and powerful this necromencer class, this undead can assist the user and overwhelm their enemy If the user have many undead.

"Wait, If you have this powerful skill how come you didn't use it before to help us?" Raven became suspicious of why ashmond didn't use this necromencer class before to help them repel the wood monsters and help the other hunters.

Red rose and andre also wants to know ashmond reason of why didn't he summon his undead sooner the casualties will be minimal.

Ashmond quickly make a sad and thoughful face. "Because my undead skill requiere large amount of mana so I can only use them in emergency situation and the undesd I can summon is limited by my mana." He hope that the three of them bought his lie.

"Wait, limited by your mana?" Red rose ask.

"Yes, My mana is limited so I can't summon may undead, I can only summon few of my undeads." Ashmond said, although it's a lie because he still have some mana left.

"What is you rank?" Andre ask, curious about his rank, he must be a high rank hunter if he has a special class.

"My rank is D rank." Ashmond said.

The three of them are wide eyed and shocked of what they just heard, they just hear ahsmond rank is D-rank not an S-rank hunter or above. It's unbelievable to them that a mere D-rank obtain a special class.

"You're kidding right?" Red rose is baffled ashmond is a D-rank with a special class, she thought he will be at least an S-rank.

"Nope." Ashmond shook his head. "I'm a D-rank hunter with special class." He said with a smirk and arrogant tone.

"If you are just a D-rank, how did you obtain such a class?" Raven ask, he is suspicious of how ashmond getting a special class out of knowhere.

"Well..." ashmond began to quickly began to use his mind to find an excuse of how did he get his special class. "When I got my special class when I take my hunter exam."

"WHAT!" The three of them shocked because they never heard someone obtain a special class after they awakened or take a hunter exam.

"Wait, If you have a special class. Why didn't you register the necromencer class?" Red rose ask, confuse of why is ashmond only registered himself as a warrior and not add necromencer.

"Let's just say I want to keep it a secret because you know what happen to all the guilds and whole world If I got a special class." Ashmond said his reason of hiding his special class.

The three of them began to understand why ashmond hide his special class because they know If everyone know someone obtain a special class everyone will do anything to get the person even use evil and dirty things and methods.

Red rose and andre nod in understanding, meanwhile raven keep looking at ashmond making him cold sweat hoping raven bought his lie. 'Please make him believe my word. Please make him believe my word. Please make him believe my word!"

Ashmond repeat those words inside his head, raven then nod his head at his reason. Ashmond see the three of them bought his lie sigh in relief. "Alright, now we know how you summon those undead monsters and hunters, your skill might be useful for our fight against the boss monsters." Red rose said, she might see ashmond undead be useful for the fight with the boss monster.

Ashmond smile at red rose and he begin to walk to the dead hunters. "Where are you going ashmond?" Red rose ask, ashmond walk to the pile of dead hunters.

He didn't answer red rose and plunge his sword to the ground. "Ressurect!" After he said those word all the dead hunters slowly arise from the ground with their eyes full blue.

The dead hunters became undead kneeel before ashmond, the hunters are shocked and awe of what they see appareantly they just see a hunter ressurected the dead hunters come back alive.

Raven became serious when he see ashmond ressurect the dead hunters, he grip his sword tightly and he wish he wants to fight ashmond when they clear the tower.

"Ashmond, why do you ressurect this hunters for?" Andre ask.

Ashmond look behind him. "Of course, I want them to become part of my army, also..." Black smokes appearing below the undeads sucking them inside. "This newly undeads might be useful for us fighting the boss monster."

They begin to understand ashmond words because he is right, the newly undeads might be useful for them to fight the boss. "Why did those black smokes suck the undead?" Red rose ask.

"The undeads are entering my special realm only for undead." Ashmond said, the purpose of those black smokes and where the undeads are.

Red rose nod his head and begin to walk to the front of the boss gate. "Alright, everyone If all of you have already rest and healed, I want all of you to gather around." Red rose words caught the attention of the hunters.

The hunters began to gather around red rose. "Now, I don't want to waste time so listen carefully. Soon we'll be entering the boss chamber to clear the liberty tower." Red rose said.

"Since we are going to the boss chamber, I strongly suggest all below A-rank prepare your personal defenses just in case something happens." Red rose said, suggesting they should preparing their own defense.

"Jack, what is the status of each hunters and their ranks?" Red rose ask, she said to the man with brown hair and brown eyes, he looks like in late 20s, wearing an assasin with high quality equipments and daggers.

"We only have 20 hunters left, 6 C-ranks, 6 B-ranks, and 8 A-ranks." Jack said, informing his guild leader.

"What about us?" Red rose ask.

"We down to only 10 hunters, 8 A-ranks hunters including you and 2 B-ranks." Jack said.

Red rose heard how many hunters are left became frustrated, their numbers are low but they still have several A-ranks and 1 S-rank with them. What worried her the most is the boss behind this doors, she didn't know if they are enough because from the reports many A-ranks and S-ranks failed to clear this tower.

She quickly erase her frustration and look back at the hunters. 'We don't have much choice but to enter the boss chamber, either we go back with nothing or clear this tower and get the loot rewards.'

"Then... is everyone ready?" Red rose ask, she see all the hunters are ready to enter the boss chamber.

"Let's open the door!" They open the door to fight the boss monsters of this tower.
