11. I will work hard for my sister!

They buried Zelda's body near the Lake and Athena got down on her knees and kissed on her mother's grave while sobbing heavily.

'Mom, I promise you that, I will look after Rachel very well... I will educate her and will put her in a good position. I will work hard and let her achieve all her dreams as you always wanted her to. I will make sure you guys are proud of her.' Athena promised as she touched her mother's grave.

The guy bought a small plant towards her, making Athena to wipe her tears and smile at him.

'Thank you.' Raksha said to Choas and the guy smiled at her as he forwarded the small plant to her.

Athena took the plant and started planting it on her mother's grave. Athena and the guy watered the plant at a time.

"We are done!" The guy said, making Athena take a deep breath.

Athena looked at Rachel who was lying on the ground.

She walked towards her while the guy followed her.

'What if she asks me why didn't I let her see Mom the last time?' Raksha asked and he walked towards infront of her.

'You need to convince her or make up a story!' Choas answered and Athena sighed.

Athena kept her hand on Rachel's forhead and closed her eyes. Soon, in a few seconds, Rachel opened her eyes and looked around anxiously.

"MOM!... MOM…!" Rachel yelled as she looked around.

"Athena... Where is mom?" Rachel asked with her eyes wide opened.

'Mom... Is not here!' Athena signed with her hands.

"What?" Rachel asked.

'Mom is not here...' Athena again signed with her hands at Rachel.

"Then, where is she?" Rachel asked as she looked around.

'Mom... Left.' Athena signed with her hands, making Rachel frown at her.

"What? What do you mean by left?" Rachel asked.

'She won't come back.' Athena signed, trying to suppress her tears!.

"What? Why? Why didn't she take it with us? She just left us like this?" Rachel asked and Athena took a deep breath.

'I don't know... She just left.' Athena signaled.

"You don't know? How can she do this with her kids? She just left us? But she was good until... Until..." Rachel stuttered as she kept her hand on her head.

"Why can't I remember anything?" Rachel asked as she held her head.

Athena looked at the guy and he took a deep breath as he got to know she was trying to keep the situation as a secret.

He knew it would be hard for Rachel to accept the truth that her mother was no more in that world. And so, Athena made her forget the things that happened in the tree house with her power. While waking her up, she hypnotized Rachel and that was why, she couldn't remember what happened to her so suddenly…!

The guy took a deep breath and still was just for her power. How could she have these powers in her and how could she be managing all these Powers at such a young age?

But, he was happy seeing her. These Powers were helping her a lot in every way... !

Athena grabbed her arms and slowly made her stand on her feets.

"You guys should freshen up. Then, we would leave from here." The guy said, making Athena anxious.

'Where are we going?' Raksha asked Choas.

'To some safe place.' Choas answered.

"Where are we going?" Rachel asked the same.

"Your majesty, we are going somewhere, where you can be safe and sound. We will think later about what we can do after going there!" The guy answered.

"Who are you? And why are you calling me your majesty?" Rachel asked as she raised her eyebrows.

Athena turned towards her side making Rachel raise her eyebrows at her.

'He is someone I know... He is my friend!' Athena signed to Rachel with her hands and the guy frowned at Athena to what she was telling to Rachel as she signed with her hands.

"Friend?" Rachel asked and Athena nodded her head in yes.

"He will be with us from now on!'' Athena signed with her hands.

"Huh? Will he stay with us from now on?" Rachel asked and the guy bowed his head at Rachel, making her frown at him.

"Is he crazy? Why is he bowing at me?" Rachel asked, making Athena sigh.

"What is your name?" Rachel asked.

"Dean, your majesty." The guy answered.

"Dean? Only Dean?" Rachel was not convinced by his name, and the guy looked at Athena and then again turned towards Rachel.

"Yes, your majesty!" Dean answered.

"Why are you calling me your majesty? I am Rachel. Call me Rachel." Rachel replied.

Dean looked at Athena and Athena nodded her head at Dean.

"Alright, Rachel." Dean said and Rachel smiled. It was not the smile that reached her eyes but a small and gentle smile.

Athena held Rachel's wrist , making her turn around to her.

'We need to wash our faces and hands... So, we can get going.' Athena signed with her hands and Rachel took a deep breath.

"But, what if Mom comes back and finds we are not here?" Rachel asked, raising her hands.

'She won't!' Athena signaled immediately.

"You can't be sure. Can you?" Rachel asked curiously.

'I am!' Athena signed, making Rachel sigh.

"Fine then!" Rachel replied and walked towards the lake.

She started washing her face and hands while Athena sighed.

"It's fine... She will be alright soon!" Dean said and Athena nodded her head.

'Where are we going?' Raksha asked Choas as Athena looked into Dean's eyes.

'To my Grandma's house...' Choas answered.

'Grandma?' Raksha asked confusingly.

'Don't worry... She passed away... There is no one living there... No one will find you or me anywhere!' Choas answered, making Athena raise her eyebrows at him.

"Alright... We are done!" Rachel said, making Dean nod her head at him.

"There is a town nearby... If we walk for a few minutes. We can reach there and grab something to eat!" Dean replied.

"Yes, Please... I am so hungry!' Rachel said and Dean nodded his head.

The 3 started walking towards the town and were not sure about what they were going to do and how they would figure out things by themselves. But, Athena took a deep breath as she was the one who should be stronger than anyone from then on…! And was going to start a new life!
