Alexander finally looked at Draven, turning to face him as he stood close to the door. "How close are we to midnight?"
Draven exhaled sharply, "20 minutes," was all he said to have Alexander's brows knitting.
"I'll meet you outside, Raven." He dismissed Draven before turning back to me.
I was a little confused and curious about what was going to happen at midnight, but I decided not to say anything. If Alexander's Gamma didn't disclose any information in front of me, it meant it was the something I was supposed to hear.
Alexander sighed softly and reached for my shoulders. He lowered his head to my face, his breathing mingling with mine. "You've had enough of the night, Penelope. You should rest in your room for the rest of the evening."
I frowned with a pout.
