The smell of fresh rain and earth filled the air around them. Her senses were lit on fire. Whatever she thought she felt before was nothing. It was like eating ice cream for the first time. Like feeling the sun on your skin after a harsh winter. It was orgasmic. Nora's entire body tingled with her power, stronger than she had ever been. Even as the sun filtered into the dark space, she could feel the moon's power filling her. Every bit of it was hers to control.

She was back. And better than before.

Her eyes flickered to Roman, who was staring at her with awe.
