"And how are we going to do it?" Kendrick asked, popping a piece of chicken into his mouth.

"You go back to the pack. Of course. You two cannot stay here, or there will be a quest." Kraig said.

"Okay, but how are you going to get by?"

"Well, Nora will help me." Kraig said, as if it was the most obvious answer. With his werewolf senses gone, he didn't feel Kendrick's movements, but he heard him getting up, though too fast for human senses.

In a second, Kraig was on the ground, with Kendrick on top of him and Gawk holding the Beta.

"But what the...??"

"Calm down, Kendrick!" Gawk said.

"She's fucking mine!" Kendrick said. "She's going with me to the pack!"

"Kendrick!" Nora raged and he released Kraig immediately, noticing how irritated she was.

"Yes, love?" He quickly went from being a big bad wolf to being a needy, sly puppy.
