By the time they both got to the hall, every member of the Colven pack was already seated and awaiting his arrival. Even Xana who was the bribe and should have taken more time had arrived before him.

"Is it too late to go back?" Adam asked his beta.

"Is it too late to step down from your position as the Alpha?" Ian asked him back.

Adam snorted at the question his beta had asked as he continued his walk to the isle where Xana was. When he got there, he saw that his mother was already there and she had a big smile on her face.

"The day has finally arrived." She said. She helped Adam readjust his tie and he gently pulled her hands away.

"Adam!" Xana called to him with a happy smile.
