Seeing her already added a part to his life but he couldn’t accept her. He can’t accept her cause he knew that it will not only hurt him but her also. She’s not safe with him. So, she needs to stay far away from him but that one day meeting, affected him greatly.

Adarna panicked as 2 bodies were seen on the floor

“Blessed moon goddess” her mother said “he’s out of control. He’s gone mad now”

They heard his scream and shivered

After that night in the sacred passage, Vian was not the same anymore. The animality took over him completely and his killing spree widened. They had no choice but to create a cage with strong silver irons and silver chains. People tried to leave, people left but was returned cause wherever they go, they’re wolf mark showed their origin and other clans are scared to have a Crescent blood around them.

“We have to bring Adarna home”

“But she’s not ready to leave the mad king” another chief says.

All through the arguing, Adarna’s father was silent, he said nothing

No response

He was tapped and he snapped out of his thoughts

“We are talking about Adarna leaving Vian”

Just by mentioning his name, a wind blew and they all got scared

“you all dismissed” he says and the mohokan elders left

When they got to the cage, he was there but his body parts were not in it’s right position. They want to change position but because he was chained, they couldn’t break further

“Let me out of here”

They backed away

“I’m sorry Vian but I can’t let you out of here, you are dangerous” Adarna says

He became calm as soon as Elrani's face flashed in his head. Suddenly he growled and started pulling at the chains

“Oh no, oh no. He’s crazy again” her mother said

Adarna blew a dart at him and she missed. He looked at her. Her mother grabbed her hand and they left there.

Sven smiled as he watched the happening in the mirror

“You will be tortured till the day I decide to kill you, Vian” he says

Elrani stabs the sword on the floor and breaths heavily. She remembered Vian’s reaction when he saw her and how her flute had kept him at bay, that’s true

What made her to bring out the flute instead

“Elrani, again” Mateo said pointing his sword at her

Sven denied her, abandoned her.

Did he purposely take her there cause he knew Vian would pass?.

She had always heard about the passage and the fact that no ordinary person can walk its floor. The passage had it’s effect on Arla more than Mateo. She’s in there and no one can say if she’s going to die but no one is giving up on her especially Elrani’s mother.

Elrani took up the sword and ran towards him but he was fast enough to dodge her attack. She turned

“You’ve worked on your speed, Mateo”

He smiled

“Thank you”

They attacked each other again

“what are we going to do about Arla’s case” a woman asked Amihan (Elrani’s mother)

“I don’t know but I’m not tired of praying to the goddess for her”

“Arla is going to die Amihan. We need to stop denying it”

“I have faith Diane, she will survive”

“No one has ever survived the power of the sacred passage, no one”

“Mateo is alive”

“Common Amihan, we all know that Mateo has a wizard blood flowing in his vein. Constantine and Roman aren’t his real parents”

Amihan left

Sven appeared in front of the cage and smiled

“you’re suffering brother” he says “and it gladdens my soul”

“The Alpha king has been chained down”

Sven laughed and entered the cage like the irons were an open space.

No response

Sven held his chin up and spat in his face. His blood became hot and he groaned as pain shot through him. His eyes begged Sven to stop

“Do you like it huhn, are you enjoying yourself, brother”

He slapped him and walked towards the iron bars

“you will rot in hell Vian cause I will make this life miserable for you, I swear, I will”

He got on the other side

“Your mate, her name is Elrani, just like mother’s”

Sven smiled

“I brought her so that it will harm you. She’s not your blessing, she’s your curse”

Sven smiled

“She will hurt you badly” he smiled

“I will make her a thorn in your life, your bones, blood, flesh and you will be miserable. You will never have peace. You’ve killed Elrani and I will use Elrani to punish you, to make you beg for death that won’t come.

I will use Elrani to create hell for you not the goddess paradise, you’ll see Vian” he left with a big satisfaction in heart

“I did not kill mother” Vian managed to say

“What have you done Vian, you’ve killed mother”

No response

“Look at me, VIAN”

He looked at Sven

“She’s dead, so what”

 How could he talk like that

“So what!, Vian…”

Azra saw this and was pleased. She looked at all the dead witches

“The wolves will pay for this, Lervian Vicenzo Altamira will pay for this”

She changed into a spirit and gathered the evil energy of all the dead witches and directed them straight into the body of Sven

“Curse him, curse Lervian”

“Lervian Vicenzo Altamira” Vian looked at his brother and he could see the mixed energy in his eyes

Lervian, may your soul be tormented by the seven spirits of the forest, seven spirits of the land, seven spirits of the sea, seven spirits of the air and the fourteen spirits of fire. You will never be the same again” Sven says and Vian screamed due to the fact that so many demons were entering his body.

He fell to the ground and Sven walked up to him and placed his feet on his chest

“You are a bastard Lervian, you will remain the same forever till the day you die”

For that, everyone that was around him ran cause he was tormented day and night. They all thought that he would die, due to the rate of how he misbehaves. Elrani cleaned her sword

Alpha king is my other half, the cruel wolf is who the goddess decided to match me with. What have I done to deserve such a thing from the goddess.

Amihan sat upright

“Elrani cleared her throat

They all went silent and after a while, cheered but her mother didn’t move

She raised her skirt to show them the L mark which means 'Luna'

“she’s crescent Luna, our Elrani is our Queen”

“what are you going there to do, Vian is insane”

“I know Mateo but I feel responsible for him and my mother has always told me never to let anything push me down or cry even in the toughest situation. That I should know the right thing and do it”

Amihan didn’t react to what Elrani said

Rani walked up to her mother

“Mother”

Rani knelt before her

“I cannot leave here unless I know that my mother’s blessing is with me. Mother, going to the palace is like walking into my death but I want to take that risk, to save the Alpha king. Give me your blessings mother”

They all looked at Amihan who didn’t say word to Rani

“I’m sorry mother, I should…”

“Rise up my daughter” Amihan says and Rani rose up

“I’ve always known that you were special right from the day i knew that i was going to be a mother and that’s why your father named you Elrani, the strongest female name in the wolf kingdom and that name has never failed.”

Amihan rose up

“You are the Luna, whether you have the crown or not. You are our Luna and we support you cause you’ve never failed me, failed us. You have been a blessing to us, Elrani”

“thank you mother”

“You are my blessing”

“You are our blessing” they all said

“I am coming with you” Mateo said

“I can’t loose Arla and loose you too”

He goes to the hut and packed up a few things for his journey, then joined them

“Becareful, you two” Mateo’s father said

“We will father”

“We leaving”

They turned to go

They left

“and I’m going to punch that Sven in his face and take a teeth”

She chuckled

The chains released him and the silver bars opened

Vian rose up and looked around him before stepping out of the cage. There was no one in sight, who could have released him?. He left the cage cause he knows about a secret passage out of the castle.

Something he hasn’t done for the past five years, leave the castle. He couldn’t go out and let the people see him. He needs a change of clothes, he needs to disguise himself.

“We should stop somewhere, a club or joint house”

She smiled

“A little fun won’t kill, will it”

“Nah”

“And I know the best place to crash a night in”

“Ok, lead the way”

“I can’t scent him, I can’t feel Vian” Sven says and looked at Azra

“Why”

“I can’t feel him either”

“Find him, I want to know where he is”

She disappeared and he went to the cage

“Where is Vian?, where has the bastard gone to?.” He asked himself

“Who released my prisoner”
