The 7th Great God (Overlord Fan Fiction)

Tetsujin Yosei, was a player going by the name of Night Silver in the popular game of Yggdrasil. Making it a point to enjoy the things the real world no longer had, nature, he played as a druid, more specifically a Solo-player Immortal Dark Elf, woman. During the game he quickly rose to popularity for several reasons and was well known to those who kept up with the happenings of solo-players. He had unlocked the fullest potential of the druidic line. Causing others to search for improvements within their own builds. On the very last day the game's servers were online, he spent it enjoying the natural looking environment attempting to spend every last moment with it before being forcibly logged out. But... He suddenly found himself in another world. A world filled with nature, but also ruled by mighty creatures, True Dragon Lords. Joining him were 6 other players, their NPC's and guild base. Together they work to build a nation for the people of this new world to live in. And follow Night Silver's story as she explores the unknown timeline of Overlord's vague history. Times of strife, and times of peace. Night Silver builds a world she can enjoy. And how she changes the story overall. NOTE: I do not own Overlord. This work is purely a fan made series. Please support the official release, in either anime/manga/novel format.

The Winged Humans (6)

"BERRIES!" The young innocent children shouted out. Their enthusiasm was infectious as others started laughing.

"Pfft, so cute. That berry is meant for emergencies or when there isn't another option." Night Silver giggled, explaining to the children. "Don't worry though, if you don't like what we're having I can conjure one of those up for you." She added, keeping that kind smile.

That was when one of the elders nervously looked at the others. "My Goddess, I'm afraid we will need to hunt for something worthy of you. We don't have any but dried meat scraps left." The elder explained.

"Ah, that won't be a problem. I planned on conjuring the ingredients anyway." Night Silver replied, then looked back at the adult who seemed to be the mother of the children next to her. "These two, are they your children?" She asked.

The woman's face turned a flushed red. Ah ah ah, my goddess talked to me! My goddess talked to me! She's so… Beautiful!!! "Oh, yes Goddess, these two are my very own." She managed to eek out the words embarrassed.

"They'll grow up big, strong and beautiful." Night Silver said, then whispered a spell in the druidic language as she stood up right. "Now then, let's prepare to make the ingredients. What shall we have to eat?" She continued, crossing an arm over, resting her other elbow atop her crossed over hand.

"ROAST!" The four winged humans who had served as Night Silver's escorts shouted excitedly. Their mouths watering and wings flapping. The look in their eyes was priceless.

"Alright, then we'll have a large feast with many roasts. Let it be an enjoyable feast. One where Elves, Dwarves and Winged-Humans converse freely." Night Silver announced, making a spectacle of the situation. I wonder, should I make this more flashy? Yeah, let's do that.

Responding to Night Silver's will, mana form the earth, danced in the air. And in the sky above the mana changed colors as it danced, a similar effect to the northern lights. A scene that no longer occurs in her old world. Everyone here seems to enjoy the colorful scene. I wonder if this is how the people in my world's history viewed the northern lights. The sense of awe I can see coming from these people is inspiring. I didn't want to be deified but, seeing how they are reacting… I can't really turn away from this path.

As the people basked in awe of the scenery their goddess had created. Night Silver began the creation of farm animals that they were going to use for the roast. Following those up with the other ingredients they would need for a nice hearty and healthy meal.

"There, now, the elders of your tribe, I'd like to speak with you while we wait for the food to be ready." Night Silver said, letting out a relaxed sigh. The elves and dwarves that knew how to cook understood what this meant for them, it was their turn to make a meal fit for the one who saved them. However, the elders were a bit fearful of the meeting. "Don't worry, I just want to know a good place nearby for my other followers to settle down. And we can talk about how to reclaim your homeland." She elaborated to ease whatever fears they may have had.

And so with all the pieces having fallen into place, the adults prepared for the feast all the while talking all about their experiences. The Winged-humans eagerly listened to the stories about their goddess. The women were quite eager to hear more about one thing in particular, the bath. The men were typically more eager to hear about the powers Night Silver had demonstrated.

The children… Well, they were too busy playing games together to talk about anything other than the different ideas they had to play. They were adorable all up until a point when a few of them began talking about something…

"How long have you been with Goddess?" A winged-human boy asked after everyone had just finished playing a game.

"Oh? Uhm, mother came to us a few weeks ago, right?" A young elven boy answered, looking for confirmation from the dwarven child next to him.

"Yes, it hasn't been long. But we've had so much fun and never had to worry about the grumbles." The Dwarven boy confirmed, rubbing his belly.

"Lucky! I want to play with the Goddess too!" The winged-human boy all but shouted.

"I wonder if Goddess would bless us with her powers. How cool would it be to make a berry like that. Or use magic!" A winged-human girl excitedly added.

"Oh then you should ask mommy about it! She started teaching me some magic. I'm not very good, but I can cast a spell a few times a day already!" A young elven girl replied with the same energy.

"REALLY!" and suddenly there were more curious children crowding the elven girl.

"Yep! I can make a little water. It's super clean and feels so good!!!! It is a little tiring to use it though, that's where my limit comes in." The elven girl said, still returning the energy. "Do you want to see?" She asked.

A non verbal answer from a horde of excited and eagerly hopeful eyes, as they nodded with rapid head movements.

"Alright, then… I think it was… Create Water!" The elven girl said and a small spring formed into her cupped hands.

"WOAH! You did it! You really created water!" The sound of thrill was so loud and intense it caught the attention of the adults, who came running over.

"What's going on… Here?" An adult of the winged-humans asked, becoming eerily curious once he noticed the water in the elven child's hands. Normal to some degree, but not normal when the stream is on the other side of the village, so something was definitely off.

"Daddy! She just made water using magic! It was so cool! I want to learn it too!" The winged-human girl explained as she tugged on her father's hand.

"WHAT!!!" The father screamed in a terrified shock. "I didn't realize the Goddess had a child of her own, forgive any rud…" He said as he started to misunderstand the situation.
