Absolute Beatdown

"You ready?" The taint asked

"Nope."Stella said while funneling vis into the taint

As Stella pulled vis from her eye she started to feel the power flow through her, although it was quickly overshadowed by the extreme amount of pain she was dealing with. She quickly bit onto the handle of the ax to stop her from screaming too loudly.

After funneling vis for around a minute straight she stopped, and although the pain still lingered the power she could feel throughout her body was intoxicating, but she reminded herself that this was borrowed power.

"Ok, this should take you close to level 6 stat wise at least you have to do the rest of the work though." The taint said

"What happened to you hating me?"Stella asked while stretching

"I have had quite a while to think about our relationship, and frankly it does me no good to be angry and try to hinder you, my life is bound to you so my best bet is to try to help you and hope at one point I get my chance." The taint stated

"Huh, well let's go meet this council." Stella said

Stella finished stretching and kicked the door off its hinges to announce her entrance. The elder's meeting room was a large circular room with a podium in the center where Brad was currently standing. The elders were seated on basalt thrones with gold trim that stood 5m above the ground surrounding the podium in the center. The room was lit by a large golden chandelier with glowstone lights, with other parts of the room being lit by Nitor wall sconce.

Stella smiled upon seeing Brad, although she could tell that didn't quite recognize her just yet. As Stella stepped into the large room she could hear the elders murmur speaking to advisors and guards about what was happening.

She swore she could hear the shadows mock her laughing at her the same way the other Brutes did when they tortured her. Stella could feel the rage boil inside her, Stella had spent 3 years in almost constant agony and now she could get revenge, she was going to make Brad SUFFER.

Stella secretly hoped she looked menacing after all she was covered in blood, spiders, welding a large ax, and sporting a rather terrifying grin.

"Hehehe I still hear their voices even after I killed them, you know Brad your plot to overthrow the elders might have worked if you decided to just kill me rather than to just keep me locked up… I don't enjoy killing people but I am sure I am going to enjoy making you suffer!" Stella said

Before Stella could say anything else 2 Brutes came up and tried to apprehend her. Stella scoffed at their attempts, and as they were reaching for her she ducked down and dived through the left ones legs landing on her hands, she pushed off of her hands launching herself into an upwards spin and kicked at the left Brutes head splattering it across the floor.

As she landed on her feet she spun to keep her momentum and kicked again at the other Brute's chest, tearing the Brute in two. She could hear the gasps and yells from the elders above but she watched as Brad looked furious.

Stella picked up the ax and cracked her neck staring at Brad looking for her bag, as she looked she saw it hung from another bag on his waist, and smiled.

"Elders I just want you to know I have no issues with you, just the Piglin Brutes, I don't want to hurt your people but if they get in the way then they will likely end up as these two Brutes did, I can't really control my strength right now." Stella stated

Stella took a deep breath and dashed at Brad appearing before him in a blink of an eye swinging downwards with the ax aiming to split Brad in two unfortunately Brad reacted in time dodging the attack by stepping to the side. She quickly redirected her swing upwards carrying the previous attack's momentum, causing a large gash to be inflicted upon Brad. As Brad went to grab for the ax, Stella dropped it and punched Brad causing him to fly backward crashing into the Basalt walls. As she picked the ax back up she saw that Brad had stood back up and had reached into his pouch and pulled a netherite sword out, she could faintly see it glow causing her to be wary of the blade, luckily when she dropped the ax she had grabbed her bag back before attacking.

Quickly Stella pulled the wand and the focus bag out of the storage bag, she quickly equipped the shock focus and started blasting Brad with lightning. She watched as he roared in pain but still moved forward, Stella quickly switched to the frost focus and blasted his legs to slow him down. It didn't stop Brad for long but it gave her enough time to pull her hammer out of the bag.

With her hammer in one hand and her wand in the other, she ran to meet Brad in the middle, firing a blast of ice at Brad's face to blind him and following up with an uppercut with the hammer launching him into the air. Stella wasn't finished yet though, she jumped into the air meeting Brad in the air switching foci to the fire foci she blasted him with searing hot flames before swinging the hammer over her head slamming Brad downwards into the ground.

As Stella was falling she quickly switched back to the shock focus and used it on her hammer filling it full of lightning, and right before she landed she swung downwards striking Brad, discharging all the lightning into Brad killing him.

Stella however wasn't quite finished, she grabbed his sword and cut his head off and drained the blood from it before storing it in her bag. Shortly after she could feel the power drain from her and the fatigue set in, right before she passed out she said one last thing.

"Contact the NSOF, they will back up what I did here. I can guarantee it."Stella said before passing out.

Finally, we get to the actual nether arc rather than the lead-up to it! Hopefully, the 'fight' scene I wrote was good its the first one in a while although it was more of a one-sided beatdown. Suggestions and power stones are greatly welcomed! Also, I was thinking of writing a second fan-fiction so that I can alternate between the 2 so that I can keep my interest and motivation high, although I have absolutely no idea what I would write so if someone wants to see something specific then comment and Ill read them over and see if anything good comes of it!
