"This is an outburst! Breaking news, live from the Welten Augen. A sudden shock from our amazing railway services suddenly a train has derailed itself, crashing onto the side of the train track. Many routes have been stopped for the moment, with refunds coming your way! How did this ever happen? We'll find out in the investigation coming up in the few days or weeks. In the meantime, pray for the families of these victims." News reporter would speak from the Welten Augen, a german news service.
"We'll be now reporting live at the scene." News reporter said.
"Well, we are here." A news reporter climbed from the hill near the railway track, then approaching it.
"What-" The news reporter said.
Blood splattered all over the camera as soon as he peaked over near the railway, showing absolutely nothing. Nothing was visible and the broadcast had shut off.
"Just live on TV, a person was murdered, our OWN! And even with the footage! It just HAPPENED. Where, what...anything that starts a question off that is what I am thinking! How did in 1 frame this happen." News reporter in the live studio would say to his crew.
Arriving at the scene, the detectives would move now to the location.
"From the information report it seems that we will be dealing with a hijacked train, a group of people." Freya said.
Freya now would peak over the hill looking down. But she did not die.
Recklessly, she slid down the hill to investigate more however this time a man peaked up behind the train. As he did, he pointed his two arms that were mounted with a grenade launcher. Specifically built for his hand as a mini one. Then, swiftly shooting 1 grenade as it sparked apart shelling shrapnel into Freya's right shoulder.
"Fall back NOW!" Lenz shouted.
Volkar got up on the hill to cover Freya retreating position, now taking out his handgun.
He would grip it with both hands, then firing several rounds of ammunition near the enemy.
Many bullets would hit the cover, but the odd one or two would hit.
"GAH!" The masked man would scream in shock.
Across the railway, one of the supposed hijackers would now exit the train getting up onto a hill opposite to the detective's current position. He would put a mask around his neck, then a cloak on his back. Distinguished by the rounds around his body that he was carrying. His name, "Hadria".
Hadria now shot a beam of an angelic, glistening towards the masked man. Unknown to the detectives, he was not shooting with any gun. Hadria did it to heal the masked man, apart of his ability.
"What just happened to his wounds!" Lenz said.
By now, Freya managed to retreat back to position. It had seemed like this was a stalemate in the standoff.
"They just disappeared." Volkar said.
Then suddenly, in a combined effort the sniper shot at Lenz and shot two grenades.
It would sparkle in a flourishing, glistening explosion. The detectives fell backwards.
"GUH-" They screamed.
Volkar would hastily get up then slowly, his arm had moved. Not where he wanted it to move, as on it's own free will. It moved from his shoulder with two fingers out and his thumb then striking downwards. Releasing from his fingers was a concentrated beam of electricity that shot out, then striking near the enemy. Gusts of winds followed behind him now as this elemental power shook the wind.
"Thunderous King." Volkar said.
"An ability? He mustn't of been hiding it. It was just too free for that, too swift. Where did he unlock it? It's only able to happen through items of importance to the person, an artifact or an outburst. Maybe something we don't know." Hadria said.
"Maybe from that attack the Brennender Vogel Organization. At the mall, the explosion must of reacted as an outburst of electricity enhancing a DNA evolution forcing an ability."
"Move in, brutes defend this train. We've reached the point of a stalemate." Hadria ordered the two men.
They would set up barriers throughout the train, now mobilising the train for defence.
"What was that...?" Lenz asked Volkar.
"I don't know. Possibly some...ability." Volkar replied.
"Well we're at a damn stalemate here, so just do that thing again. I've assessed the train, the civilians have exited long ago. But our main issue is that what are they using this train for? I suppose some valuable goods.
Freya and Volkar would nod their heads in agreement.
Volkar would begin charging up power concentrated into his finger, this time his aim would be less stable because all of the power charging up was put into one finger. He now peaked, quickly shooting it however it missed. Despite it missing, the shot's explosion managed to knock down defences rattling the already weakened train that now fell down.
Hadria now surprised at this retaliated with a shock strategy. Hadria shot his sniper at Freya, locating the bullet at her left shoulder. Then it hit. Lenz and Volkar were shocked but as this happened, two brutes out of the defences rolled out. Then the brutes ran up the hill quickly moving to attack them. In this moment, Lenz turned around to defend Freya but was hit backwards by the Brute. On the other hand, Volkar managed to move backwards to paralyse the brute attacking him. The other one now enraged.
"RAHHHHH!" The brute screamed.
"GRAHHH" The brute shouted.
He charged at Volkar, but Volkar simply moved to the side. When moving to the side, the brutes collided. Now out of this smaller group they were attacking the current situation meant the detectives were winning but very narrowly.
Lenz moved to drag Freya to safety now, then using some medical supplies. Only very basic bandages.
Volkar and Hadria eyed each other down, in a dark manner. Eyes of both of them who could join death's side at any chance. They now at the same second, same millisecond, now shot at each other. The electricity hit the bullet perfectly however it met on the train tracks, which when the bullet dropped on the train track it exploded the back of the train.
"BOOM." Large echoing sound could be heard when the back of the train exploded.
