A camera zoomed in on three women, the sounds of a busy ER behind them as they pulled on yellow trauma gowns. As it focused more clearly on them, their identities and occupations appeared on the screen.

Helena helped Cristina tie her gown as Meredith spoke. "We're on trauma rotation so it's our job to take point and assess each medical emergency as it comes in."

"These are the most crucial moments in patient care, the ones that often decide if they live or die." Helena explained, putting on a pair of gloves. "So you have to be on top of your game."

The camera then cuts to the inside of a trauma room, peaking in through the blinds as the doctors worked on a severe head injury inside.

"Talk you me, Campos." Owen asked, the short girl speaking up as she worked.

"His peripheral IV is blown, pressure is plummeting!" She warned, the doctors getting back to work.

The camera then focused in on Cristina, standing to the back of the room, a bit sweaty and pale. The room was chaotic as they worked, Meredith calling out, a moment after.

"Got a rhythm!"

The doctors stepped back as Hunt checked the man's pulse, Helena approaching Cristina and her whispers to her friend being caught by the mic.

"

The older woman answered, the Portuguese girl giving her a nod as she looked back to Hunt, who declared.

"He's basically brain dead."

At that, Helena let out a sigh, the camera zooming in on her discouraged face as she took off her gloves.

A few seconds later, Derek walked into the room, to discuss whether the man is an organ donor, the cameras cutting off.

Meredith, Cristina and Helena looked at each other a bit awkwardly at the conference room, smiles on their faces as Cristina turned to the camera.

"Huh, we are fourth year surgical residents and, huh, we're friends. You know, good friends..."

Meredith made a noise of agreement, explaining. "It's pretty impossible to work this closely and not become good friends."

"We've spent together almost every waking hour since our intern year." Helena added, a smile on her face as her friends chuckled lightly. "We practically raised each other, so, yeah, we're pretty good friends."

The camera cut back to the three women working in the ER, trying to get a patient back from V Tach. They worked fast and surely, some written information showing up on the screen, expanding on the women.

"Huh, sure, I mean, going through something like that had brought us closer." Cristina shared looking at the two girl to her left, the camera back at the conference room.

"We understand what the others going through." Helena nodded, smiling as she began her next sentence. "Not that we weren't close before."

"I mean, ask anyone, we're close." Meredith agreed, giggling along with Helena, an amused smirk on Cristina's face.

The camera is now at the elevators, Mark and Derek waiting outside for one as they chatted. It then cut to them answering a question.

The neurosurgeon spoke to the cameras as he used some hand sanitizer. "Yeah, Dr. Yang, Dr. Campos and my wife sometimes have sleepovers... in my bed... with me "

Mark made a noise of agreement as he smiled charmingly to the cameras. "They do that at our place too. Sometimes I wake up to the three of them next to me, or get home and see they have taken the bed hostage. Good thing our couch is comfortable."

Derek snorted at that, the two friends entering the elevator as they chatted.

——

The camera showed a plaque that read "Pediatric nurses station", before zooming in on Helena, who took a chart from a nurse.

"Thank you." She smiled at her, before speaking to the camera. "It's..." She glanced down at her watch. "7.13 am, I've been here for a bit over two hours. My interns got here before that, though, for pre rounds. They check on the patients, report to me, before I check on them myself and report to my attending."

As she walked through the hallway, she made a face at the loud music that could be heard from one of the rooms. Popping her head in it, she asked. "Lily, come on, we had a deal. Wear your headphones or put it down, please." Helena smiled at her softly, the camera turning to show the girl putting on her headphones as she rolled her eyes.

The camera then cuts to Arizona running down the hallway, a voice over of her speaking. "When you get paged 911 you don't walk. You never walk."

The camera enters the room after the blond, Helena trying to tube Lily. "We've been trying to tube her but no luck."

They worked together and quickly as text appeared on the screen.

"I can't get past the obstruction... Dammit!" Arizona muttered, the camera zooming in of the doctors' faces. "How long?"
