Chapter 35 The Wedding

I was looking for something to wear in the cabinet when I found an envelope. I took it and looked because the handwriting seemed so familiar to me, and when I saw it, it was my handwritten envelope. I opened it and I saw two papers, the first was my letter of his career and the other was my last letter to him. The letter is almost as bad as it has been read a few times and the letters seem to be unable to read since they seem to be wet with tears.

My heart shattered and tears ran down in my face. I thought Adam was throwing it away but he kept reading it. I searched for the ring I returned but it was gone. I jumped from my place when someone opened the door and I looked at who it was and it was Adam, staring at me with pain in his eyes.

"You found it?" he asked and I just nodded and left the letter in the cabinet.

"Where's Helios?" I asked about changing the atmosphere between us.
