0TH time of rejected hell
"They didn't listen to me."
"They fucking ignored me."
The fire that was as big as mountains covered my homeplace. Djinn's fighting their best to defeat the onslaught of the asura.
I begged them for us to defend against their attack. They just said that everything is fine and I was just overthinking it. I begged, pleaded, cried, asked, and other fancy words for this but they ignored me.
I held this ethereal item in my right hand. The name of that item was "A (pandora) box". It was made but never used. The box looked like a black cube, a perfect cube that fits in my right hand perfectly, yet still trapped by the confines of time and space. A box that was made but never used. A perfect fit in my hands I almost forgot this cube sealed powers that lay beyond this Umiverse's boundaries. Precisely why it was stuck in space and time.
I let go of the box and it fell. I could swear it was just floating in my air and the only thing that was blocking it from flying away was me holding it. Then it hit me. This box is manipulating spatium, vivum, and avium to make it seem as normal as possible. But it wasn't normal. Haha, FATE is anything but normal. It was truly a demonstration of power. I'm getting distracted.
Why did they never use it? It was supposed to be used only in grave situations. Don't they understand that this is a perfect time? To show our power and our utilization of fate.
[WHAT DO YOU WANT TO REJECT FROM THIS WORLD]
That sentence popped into my mind but I didn't think of that. The box forced that thought into my head. I knew what I was supposed to do.
"I will XXXXXX XXX XXXXXXXXXX XX XX XXXX"
John
What the fuck.
Tessia was holding a wand and shot small wind bullets.
The wind bullets weren't really a strong spell nor a difficult spell to conjure. Any mage with some willpower can do it but she is only 5.
"Is she going to be my training partner," I asked virion.
"Yes, she is Tessia Eralith or in other words the princess of Elenoir."
I thought maybe that it was an unknown noble that looks like Tessia but it really was her.
How did she awaken?
It wasn't supposed to go like that.
"Hello?"
My thoughts were interrupted by Virion waving her hand in my face.
"Sorry, it was that something happened recently."
"That's no problem," He said.
Tessia who was standing next to me (I believe while I was thinking, Tessia stopped training and came at us) "My name is Tessia Eralith."
"Arthur Leywin," I said. "I saw you using mana, are you also someone who awakened early?"
"Yes, I awakened around when I was three."
"Me too," I lied. Saying that I awakened at two will bring too much attention
"Well, why not spar?" Virion said.
"Spar?"
CECILIA
"Oh and also, don't use any conjurer spells, only augmentation. Got it Tessia?"
"Yes."
Arthur's face tilted. "Can you use both?"
"I can but I'm not so good at augmenting."
"Well then start," Virion shouted
I first started with augmenting my sword and my body, waiting for him to strike. His stance was sloppy, he was nervous and his body was trembling a bit. A perfect target for me to be a bully.
I sprinted at him. Focusing most of my mana on my feet. The distance between us was cut in half. After some steps, he prepared a spell. A wind spell. Condensing wind mana into his sword.
He swung his wooden sword horizontally. There was a 10-meter distance between us. The condensed wind exploded and it sent a huge wind attack at me.
I didn't have enough time to stop or block the spell. The wind pushed me off the ground and I was rolling on the ground before slamming against a tree. I would've broken my legs and back if it wasn't for my augmented body.
My white clothing was ripped and dyed red from the scrape wounds.
"Alright that is eno-" I interrupted Virion. "I can still fight."
"You sure?"
"Yes!"
"But she is wounded," Arthur spoke.
I ignored Arthur's comment and ran to him. He absorbed the mana while at the same time moving. Preparing for another spell. The condensed wind was again at his sword.
It only pushed the opponents away. Also dodging it would be impossible. He shot the spell again but this time, my wooden sword was stuck in the ground. I held with all my strength before the wind spell was gone.
Now I began to run at him. Focusing mana into my wooden sword. Something felt strange. A whole new sensation filled my body.
I swung diagonally. A crimson flame covered my wooden sword, slashing his chest cleanly. Fire?
He fell, knocked unconscious in one strike. There was no blood because the fire sealed his wound in an instant.
The drunken feeling of power was gone and I realized what I had done.
