"Oh, goddess!" Nora rushed to where Xavier was and squashed him in a hug causing him to groan out in pain.
"Mom, it's painful!" he cried.
Immediately, Nora let him go "I'm so sorry baby. I was just so happy to see you. Are you alright? How did you come to?" her eyes flitted to Lucius who had been hovering behind Xavier silently "What happened to him Lucius? I just left there and the doctor clearly said it'll take only an intervention from Selene,".
"Well Selene isn't responsible for this," Lucius shrugged not before I saw him throw me a glare "He sneezed a few minutes earlier and came back to consciousness. He's still weak though and would need Selene's intervention else he'd remain like this but thankfully, this would be easy,".
"There's nothing easy about giving my wife to another man, Lucius," I scoffed "Why are you making it sound so easy,".
