After the short scuffle with the caped man who came out of the basement machine, Leo, Francis Edward and Lucius carried him to a room in the castle with a roundtable. The first three men took their seats at the roundtable, while Lucius was standing over the caped man, holding a shotgun.
"Dude, I'm pretty sure he's dead." Leo said.
"No, he's alive. His heart is still beating." Lucius said and then smacked him with the back of the shotgun.
"OW!" The man suddenly awakened. "What's your problem!?"
"Who are you?" Lucius asked without wasting any time.
"Who I am is none of your concern!"
Lucius then smacked him again.
"Could you STOP?"
"I'd answer if I were you, dude." Leo told the mysterious dazed man.
"Even if I answered, you wouldn't be able to comprehend what I'd tell you. All you need to know is that my name is Geowar and I have some very serious business to attend to." Geowar said as he got up and dusted himself off. Then he tried to leave.
"Sit your ass back down!" Lucius told him and pointed the gun at his face. "Why wouldn't we be able to comprehend? Do we look stupid to you?"
"A little bit, yeah." He deadpanned. Leo rolled his eyes at this.
"Look, maybe we should let him go. We don't want any more trouble!" Francis told everyone, and they looked at him weirdly and ignored him.
"You know what, fine." Geowar said. "I'll entertain you guys."
Leo and Edward exchanged worried glances.
"Shouldn't we sign the treaty first?" The king of Britain asked.
"No. I wanna hear what he has to say."
"I come for a realm parallel to this one, called the Above. I am what's called a 'Starborne' we are born with these powers and magic and whatnot. For 2 millennia now we've been sending a representative to your realm, Terra, to do some business every 500 years."
"What business?" Asked Lucius.
"The none of your damn kind. Can you let me finish?"
"Fine, carry on."
"For some mysterious reason, my predecessor didn't come back when his time had ended, and the connection between our realms, AKA the matter transporter which I came out of was severed."
"The basement machine?" Francis asks, puzzled.
"Whatever makes you sleep at night. Anyway, once the connection was re-established, I went into your realm and found the two of you..." He said pointing towards Leo and Francis, "as well as four other guys. I sensed that all of you had Blaze's power, so I assumed you killed him or were his assistants, since he was a traitor, and I attacked you."
"Who the hell is Blaze? And how would we have his power?" Leo asked.
"Blaze was my predecessor. Y'know, about yay tall, black hair, purple eyes, douchebag mustache..."
"My father?" Francis was shocked.
"And the only ways to get a Starborne's powers are if you are close by when they die or are their offspring, which unless you're pure-blooded Starborne only really gives you an extra 50 years of age."
"But we didn't kill him though. He just blew up." Leo said. Geowar ignored him.
"Weirdly enough I sensed 7 people in this general area with Blaze's powers, even though I could only see four when I first got here."
"Seven? But there were only 4 people in the room when he died?" Leo asked.
"I can assume I'm the fifth, since I am his son. But who are the other two?" Francis added.
"Anyway, that's all I can say." Geowar finally said. "I'm sorry for attacking you guys. I thought you were with Blaze."
"It's whatever." Leo reassured him. "What will you do now?"
"Probably travel around the world for a bit. But I'll need a home base." Geowar said. "You think you could lend me a house or something?"
"Let's find out what this country will look like first." Edward interrupts. "What are your demands, gentlemen?" He turned to face Lucius and Leo.
"Obviously we want the entire region of Soweiland to become independent." Leo said. "Preferably for someone not affiliated with Gaspar to rule Austria too."
"I told you, I won't act like my father! Why can't you trust me, dude?" Francis told him in frustration.
"We just met, guy."
"Look, how's this; I'll let you guys have all of Soweiland, plus some islands and that one colony in Libya, if -and only if- you let me keep my throne."
"Yeah, keep dreaming champ."
"You can keep dreaming! Because I'm not signing this treaty!"
"Oh who cares? You lost! So let us do what we want."
"Actually considering Frederick's death, Francis technically is the king of Austria." Edward said. "And you guys did technically assassinate the old king."
"Fine." Leo finally agrees. "But if you pull anything sketchy, I will come after you, too."
"I feel like threating your neighbor country's leader is a very bad policy." Geowar said, still standing there.
"Who even asked you?" Leo told him. "And why are you still here?"
"You never asked me to leave." Leo glared at him and turned back to the others.
"So who's signing it. And it won't be me, I'm not ruling a country." Leo announced.
"I think Lucius should do it. You have the exact character of a firm but fair ruler." Edward said. "Like me for example!"
"I agree. You do have a strong personality." Leo said.
"Well alright then. But I wanna move in the castle." Lucius said.
"Perfect!" Edward said. "Now I must check on the evacuation. See you guys." He said as he took his leave.
"So, your highness..." Geowar said as he approached the new king. "You think you could set me up with a home?"
"Well..." Lucius thought for a second. "Since I'll be living at the castle, I suppose you can stay in my estate."
"Really?" Geowar asked, and Lucius nodded in reply. "Thanks man! I know we just met but I know we're gonna work together just fine.
"I'm sure of that.

Back at the camp, all but one helicopter carrying wounded had left. The elite of the revolution had all been treated, AJ now having bandages covering most of his head.
"What's going on?" Edward asked the paramedic in the last chopper as he arrived.
"The last person refuses to get on, sir. We've tried convincing him, but when one of the other guys thought we were 'bothering' him, he tried to shoot us down!" The medic explained.
"Well if he doesn't wanna go, then we can force him." Edward said while looking at his pocket watch. "Let's go chap, I'll be late for dinner."
"We'll take care of everything here, don't worry!" O'Lop told the Englishman.
"Tallyho, chaps!" Edward yelled from the flying helicopter. "Until we meet again!".
The chopper left, leaving Soweiland behind. Everyone then turned to face Tom, who was still lying on the bed.
"Why didn't you want to leave?" Asked Nick. "They could have saved you!"
"No use." Tom coughed out. "I'd die anyway, may as well do it here, surrounded by familiar faces." These were his last words.
"He caused his own death." Nick says getting weird looks from everyone. "I respect him for dying on his own terms."
"He will be remembered." Banner said, and pulled Tom away, as everyone else walked away towards the now free Sowei City.

Following that, Lucius and his family moved into the castle, where Jessie and Renée designed the flag of Soweiland. Two black and blue halves separated by a diagonal, and topped off with a golden crown emblem resembling Geowar's holographic crown.
Most of the revolutionary heroes were given positions of power in the new country's government, with Leo becoming the prime minister, O'Lop becoming the leader of the royal guard, Soweiland's army, Hubert Starman becoming the minister of defense, Nick becoming the minister of internal affairs and Geowar becoming the minister of external affairs, so he could have a spot in the world stage, seeing as he was the Guardian of Terra. Chet Douglas also became a high-ranking general in the Royal Guard.
Anthony, Banner, AJ and Robert all decided to go back to their regular lives, the latter retiring for good, and instead focusing on teaching his son, Jon, how to defend himself with a sword.
Francis returned to his country to lead, and began a series of major reforms, undoing all of his father's awful deeds. His brother Tomas is still hiding out somewhere in Sowei City, unaware of Blaze's demise, waiting for his time to strike again.
In the center of the city, a statue of Tom was built to honor his death, as well as every other dead soldier's. Banner took it upon himself to do the maintenance of the statue.
Finally, Casey Kane and his assistant, Koulis would soon return to Linam City, where they would start a campaign against the new monarchy, where they would be ridiculed by the public, due to how well liked King Lucius is.
Soweiland was free.
