Everyday Life

Jason fell onto the ground, the day's activities had truly exhausted him.

Zane was a talent, using the sword with such mastery despite his young age and bullying his opponent, if only he had sword skills as his talent he would have carried it too.

The fact that they did not touch each other also prevented him from getting new skills and acquiring more system points to spend on... things.

"I guess there is nothing else I can do but sleep." Jason muttered to himself.

In Jason's eyes today was picturesque, and the fact that he would have to return to his dull life really seemed to be a curse.

"I haven't actually seen my appearance after I got the Null eyes." He said to himself but he still remained rooted to the floor.

There were no mirrors in this house that they had given him, the occasional times he saw himself made him compare the similarities between himself from his last life and this life.

"This monotonous life is such a drag, what do they expect me to do in my isolation, sleep to death? I lost a hold of myself so much I can't even communicate normally." He sighed, if not of the system and his meeting with Zane he would have gone insane.

Without another word, he went to sleep.

[Host has no talent!]

"Arrrhhh!" Jason yelled as he woke up, cold sweat dripping from his face onto the cold ground.

"Another nightmare." He said to himself as he got up.

He went to the installed bathroom that they put a while ago, turning the shower on he allowed the water to drip down his body.

His small child body showed signs of muscularity and his blue eyes shined ever so bright, the sun was just rising into the sky, welcoming another day.

He came out of the shower naked, nobody lived with him so he didn't bother carrying a towel.

He wore some clothes, brushed his teeth and prayed against the author for creating such a novel.

At about 8:00 in the morning he finally sat down in the teaching room; the room that the color-blind man taught him in and began meditating, a habit he had grown to.

He imagined nothing, his mind an empty landscape that was screaming to be painted on.

Finally, a landscape finally visualized.

A young man stood on an empty side of a battlefield, alone, while the other side housed hundred of thousands of monsters of all shapes and sizes ready to devour.

Goblins, Trolls, Hounds and all other types of ugly monsters were on the other side moving at full speed seemingly wanting to devour the man right in front of them.

Then he moved.

At a speed believed impossible he appeared before the first monster he could get his hands on, using nothing but a katana to slice it's entire head off, before the other monsters could react he seemingly moved at a distance fracturing space-time decapitating all monsters before him.

He moved like an expert assassin, not even getting a single scratch as he killed the monsters who passed a threat to him.

"Young master the time for your lesson has started." A voice came through the door, the figure of an old man whom had black eyes, hawk nose, dry lips and wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans came through the door.

The voice disrupted Jason's meditation, he lost concentration for a second, in that second numerous monsters jumped on him before he could react and tore his flesh off.

They bit at his limbs removing them before swallowing them with content, until nothing remained.

"Damn it." Jason muttered as he opened his eyes.

He was practicing image training and he had been brutally killed, again.

At first it was hard to do so but after a year of continuous practice he was able to do it, he was honing his mind as a weapon but every time he was in the middle of training his teacher would always come, announcing his presence making Jason lose his concentration and end in his death.

Jason looked at the ceiling.

"After being killed so brutally so many times in my mind it doesn't bother me that much, at least now I don't have to deal with any sense of regret after killing people."

"We're about to start the lesson are you ready?" The old man asked Jason as he took a seat.

Jason nodded in affirmation, immediately the old man carried a book and opened it.

"That's all for today." The old man said as he got up.

Jason nodded as he watched the man, for some reason every time he left his face would always carry a smile, like he was glad to leave.

'Not that I wanted him to stay either.' Jason thought as he watched the man left.

The area where he lived was not protected by anybody, there were no guards for miles even after you left the building because they didn't want to make a loss by investing some guards to protect him.

After-all, he was born with no mana.

Jason got up before getting himself into a familiar stance and began practicing his martial arts, he poured his heart out mastering the techniques that he remembered from his last life.

As soon as it was over Jason fell onto the ground, no matter how many times he trained after he finished he always felt like he had pushed his body to its limits.

From when he was at stage 1 early of strength to now that he was at the stage 2 mid of strength whenever he pushed his body like this he always felt like he was trying to break through his limits.

'I can't wait for next week, these days seem to go on forever.' Jason said as he panted.

As soon as he recovered his stamina he went into his bathroom, and proceeded to take another bath, allowing the stress of the day to leave his body through the activity of pouring water on it.

This time he actually got a towel as he launched his dirty clothes into a pile in one corner, the next maid that came to take care of him would have a lot of washing to do.

Knowing that he had not eaten since morning he went to the kitchen to prepare food, there were a number of foodstuff stuffed in a corner.

Japanese rice existed in this world but they thought he wasn't worth it so they gave him something equivalent to Thailand rice, yam, tomatoes, pepper and other things needed to make food were lying around.

Rolling up his imaginary sleeves when we wore a short-sleeved shirt he got to work cooking, he began with getting some rice and washing it several times.

He then boiled it, then carried some tomatoes and pepper, washing them he got them into a blender and blended them. Combining both the food together.

Carrying the other steps were easy, originally advanced cooking wouldn't be able to make something like this because this food didn't belong to this world.

But he used the skill as a base and was able to make something equivalent to the food he ate in his last life.

As soon as the rice was done and the stew was done he turned off the gas and waited for the food to cool down.

Jason left the kitchen and went outside to feel the breeze against his face, this was the first time he had gone outside the house but he had gotten some courage due to the fact that he snuck out.

"So they finally decided to bring another maid, huh!" Jason told himself as he watched the figure.

A young woman entered the vicinity of the house, she wore blue and white maid uniform with light green eyes, a button nose and pink full lips. Her hair of the brown color and cut short.

Her upper half of the uniform hugged against her body, the shirt cuddling her breasts and her stomach while the normal-sized skirt she wore made her look exemplary beautiful.

"And she's been here before." Jason smiled as he watched the maid drool.

Not many people had the advanced cooking skill and those who did cooked for the clan head and other parts of the main family, eating food as good as his was a dream to most people.

The maid passed him, her light green eyes making contact with his deep blue ones.

She smiled at him.

Suddenly Jason felt warm inside, this was the first time an adult had looked at him with compassion.

"Perhaps this week shouldn't end too fast."
