Chapter 250: White Space and Vertical Vision

The team head out to the hedge waterfall. Kiel confessed about the cracks they were secretly doing. Lila got angry at him for keeping it from them. Natalina punch him on the gut that almost popped out his eyes and sockets. They were all holding hands to wait for any effects coming from the sealing but they only found a disturbance. When Fur dive in with the kids for a swim he noticed the same whirlpool that ate his ship.

Fur hesitated to inform the team because honestly he missed his home. He tried to reach out when he remembered the kid's face.

Fur glide up and told them about the crack within the waterfall. When the whole gang checked it up they were able to confirm it.

They made the decision that it should be sealed. They perfomed the necessary task and waited for a side effect but nothing wrong occured. Convinced that it was safe they started to rest from traveling and remained at the falls.

On the third night the stars brightly twinkled. Ophir felt like it will fall soon and his prediction was right. The stars got bigger and closer. And it rained down. The whole place got devastated.

Kiel shielded the tent with his cane by praying for the water to cover them.

"Our Lord who determines our path in a way that pleases you. Please save us. Rescue us from this judgement. May your will be done. Amen."

The water from the fall formed a cross and it roofed them. The birds got wild. The animals roared and howled. Ophir used his blade to slice another meteor that is about to befall them with his bone blade. It was a desperate situation that put them on edge.

"It's time blow the whistle." Kiel ordered.

Ophir shook and calmed himself.

He gently put the whistle in his lips and his heart went rampage. The starry host halted. The galaxy waltz and the whole area regained it's peace.

Kennan knew it was selfish to request in blowing the whistle since Ophir is not from the world. The waterfall engulfed them and the whole Tale Bearers become a byword and song.

Ophir saw a bright and warm ball of light flying and swaying in his face. It was like he got home. His face saw a version of what he went through and finally his lashes curled to slumber. Hexel tried to secure his daughter but he got lulled to sleep. Cyprus needed to firmly defend his only family that was consumed by the light. The high saturation of hue in one bright radiance made his eyes fully shut. Cyprus reached out to his family but was put to

daze.

Nevi can't believe what happened the fluffy feeling left him warm instead of scared. His fear vanish and his life got peaceful in the valley he saw upon closing his lenses. Lila felt light headed and accepted the emerging ball of fire. Ophir cannot believe that his heart would show something like this.

He only thought that his heart reflected sadness and pain but for it to convey something warm and joyful is on another level and proximity. Lehi's name echoed in his mind. Kish embraced Eyel as they bask in on the beaming and illustrious light. Their journey was not that good. After their wedding was Sienna's death. After Sienna's death was the massive slaughter done by Evi. Kish wanted to build a family but it lead them to be in this glorious light.

The Hedge Waterfall witnessed what occured but no one survived to tell the tale. It bore the life and soul of every royal aid. The water cascaded as the place got reborn as a spring of life and love.

"Well and Bell to another Space. Light and stars fall by a whistle. Water that falls cover the prayers. The crack is sealed and the era is gone." Fur read as he visited the waterfall for another school fieldtrip. His mind lingers at the thought that he was familiar of the place. His school uniform got stripped when he dive in for a glide. His classmates joined him later on.

Fur walked with their teacher who discussed about the legacy of the Hedge Waterfall.

"Long ago this waterfall was said to be where stories were told and that light descended. It was because of a hero who blew the whistle to save the future."

Each word had made Fur react strangely.

He can imagine the light and the man's face he stood up and was about to run away when he passed out.

Fur got home from the field trip with a lingering doubt, confusion and worry. It felt like he was alive back then. The hedge water fall gave him a sweet reconciliation. He started to read books and research about the incident and history but he can't find any. He push away the thought and concluded that it was just a fleeting dream. His lips unconsciously recite a song.

"This dark room where my image is form.

Light has waited for me to be born.

Weak, soft and tiny I was but my heart contend it all.

Room of dark where I get exposes from the enemy inside me.

Light that was present not from the door but inside me glowed in it.

Shake me and my face is formed.

Press me and my body is born.

Kiss me for the days are now sweet.

Embrace my flaws that was surfacing from the light.

Expose my heart without foreskin.

Guide my soul with the glorious light.

May the rain and bow is down at you because it waves for a new tomorrow."

Fur tossed himself out of the bed. He recalled something. He needed to visit that waterfall once more. Fur grew researching about history but he did not abandon his painting career. When he did not acquired progress from the hedge water fall researching he started to be committed in painting. His first master piece was a scene of grass hill played by the wind as the white flower reveal itself in series.

His sight got blurry and he saw his older version on that painting. He had a faint memory of applying for a job after graduating but a whirlpool devoured their ship. Fur can't help but mourn his soul remember every strand. Even the grass and weeds that were dressed in white.
