The contract

"You don't seem scared do you? Do you even know who I am?" Ho-jin raised his brows questioningly.

"I saw you briefly on the TV once but I'm not blind to see that you own here." Seo-yeon replied matching the coldness in his voice, making him throw his head back in laughter which surprised almoy everyone there. They've never heard Ho-jin laugh or show an emotion since like forever.

"You're one brave woman, Seo-yeon. I like you." He patted her shoulders before turning to Han. "Increase the payment she would be getting from this contract." Ho-jin sat comfortably on a sofa arranged for him as he watched Seo-yeon look at him in awe. "Get the work girl."

Ho-jin couldn't help but admire her as he watched her under the lights. Seo-yeon on the other hand didn't even act as if he existed.
