He Looks Unacceptable

Every minute that he stayed longer in there, watching them, the more his mood worsens. He can not let that man get close to her. His eyes flickered with dangerous killing intent and a ruthless smile found its way on his lips making his already handsome appearance appear more attractive, breathless.

For a while, Zed felt the burning glare from behind him but failed to know who it was from, the glare had penetrated him deeply as if he was a prey in that person's eyes. Rubbing his arm to hideaway the uneasiness he felt, even thinking that once he left the place, someone will capture him then torture him after. He shivered and sighed, he suddenly felt like he doesn't want to be far from crowded places.

After chatting for a few minutes, they decided to harvest herbs together and kill beasts. Which occupied their time for the whole afternoon, which also caused a certain man to be cranky, and in a foul mood. Standing on top of a sturdy tree branch, the man with a dark and gloomy expression, tapped his finger impatiently on the tree bark and restlessly glanced here and there. He had wanted to rush in there so badly and separate the people whose enjoying each other's presence making his heart feel sour.

Suddenly, while each of them was occupied, a sudden appearance of a huge bee wrecked their focus. This bug is infamous for its poisonous spits and deadly stinger, and to make it worse the bug was a hundred times bigger than the usual size of bees, it would seem that the bug was as big as a basketball, much more dangerous for the one they had in company is the Queen of Bees. Seeing the Queen of Bees, both Suyi and Zed froze and anxiously glanced at each other, with eyes looking at each other with clear hopes that the other had a solution.

Zed glanced at the log of the tree and signaled her to grab it after he distracted the bee.Although such beast won't do any fatal harm on them, but it would still be a bother to go and get treated, for souls like them, being injured by beasts or poisonous things isn't that dangerous, but being consecutively hurt damages their soul and would possibly lead to their soul's extinction if they won't be able to handle it well. So it is best to stay away from danger or else, eternal death awaits them.

In a flash, Zed threw the herbs he had picked at the bee and made it ignore Suyi for a while, Suyi then ran to the log and swiftly smacked the beast to death. Seeing that, Zed could only shake his head and proceeded into the corpse of the beast, luckily finding a small gem on its smashed stomach.

"Here keep this, I don't know what it is but i have no use for useless gems like so." Zed threw it on her which she had a hard time catching. Suyi just nodded and did not dare argue with him, it would be pointless afterwards anyway. She uttered her thanks and went back to harvesting herbs.

"I heard you were on a date?" A familiar voice interrupted her dazed figure which she unknowingly glanced with an eager expression, which pleased the person, but it quickly passed as he suddenly remembered her bright smiles with that wretched man.

"Bob! Where have you been? Took you so long to come and visit, thought you have forgotten about me" Suyi pouted and looked at him with an aggrieved expression, yet the fox-like cat just fiercely wagged his fluffy tail with clear intention of letting her know that he wasn't humored by her innocent, and playful words.

"Don't play innocent, answer my question woman, have you been flirting with incompetent souls? Tsk!" Bob spouted while his tail grew more aggressive as it flicked from here to there even harder.

"You mean Zed? He was just an acquaintance back when i was still alive" Suy said with clear expression that she had felt wronged. Her dewy eyes gradually teared up a little due to the sunlight hitting her straight on her ees, and face. Seeing her like that made the fox cat's heart flutter a little, he then sighed to himself and spoke no more, he would only be defeated by her own special way which never failed like always.

"Fine, whatever, I don't even care" he said and faced his back on her, stating that he was not in the mood to be disturbed so carelessly.

"So, Bob answered my questions" Suyi said and looked at him from head to toe, but the cranky man stayed still, then he spoke gently.

"Here and there, No i did not" Bob answered then used his paws to scratch on the stack of herbs they had yesterday. Suyi just simply grinned and glanced at him again.

"How did you know I was with him?" With the sudden question, Bob accidentally bit his paws while grooming them and stiffened.

"Just heard, don't come near him, He looks unacceptable and unworthy" Suyi choked on the pumpkin seeds she was munching for quite a while and looked at Bob with a surprised face. After checking if the man had meant what he said, Suyi lightly chuckled and gently or somewhat forcefully knocked his head with her small fist while slowly shaking her head from side to side.

"He is a good person, with his judgments clouded by the foolish love he had expected to flourish, it is quite understandable that he is who he is." Suyi said and her fist that that was knocking his head slowly released and carefully patted his soft, addicting fluffy fur. Bob then lightly purred like a cat and bit her hand. She then hissed from the pain and continued eating.

"Don't matter, he is not that attractive anyway, you will find someone better looking, powerful and smarter than him, if you need help with your missions come to me, not to some unfamiliar people who you just met." Bob nagged and forcefully lectured her about life. Suyi could only frown but not argue.
