Her heart skips a beat upon hearing an ear-shattering roar come from behind her desk where the vial used earlier lay shattered into pieces on the floor.
'He's a feral! How did I not see he hasn't fully cultivated yet to be distinguishable?' Fiku thinks frantically.
She quickly turns around to find herself face to face with what appeared to be some sort of beast. Its body is covered with thick black fur and sharp claws protruding out of each paw. It also has two long horns growing out of either side of its skull and long pointed ears poking out of its hairy mane.
The creature roared again and charged at Fiku, knocking over several tables along the way before finally slamming against the wall, leaving deep gouges on the surface.
Ducking under the attack, Fiku runs for the door but stops short after seeing the monster blocking it completely. The only other exit was through one of the windows located on top of the walls surrounding them.
