Ch 1: Awakening

POV PUP

'Who am I, where am I, why can't I remember who I am, why can I remember anything it's all a blank?' As I was freaking out because I can't remember anything, I started to try to open my eyes, but I can't seem to. This is making me freak out more, but I quickly decided that I need to calm down.

So I start to try and calm down, and it's working slowly. As I am fully calm down, I start to think, and if I can't see, then let's try to feel around me. As I feel around me, I start to feel relaxed as there is something warm wrapped all the way around me. As I start to relax, a wave of drowsiness hits me, and I can fight it the next thing I know. I'm falling asleep.

After an unknown amount of time, I'm suddenly getting pushed on from all sides, and it is painful. As the pushing continues, I feel myself sliding out of the warm world I was sleeping in and onto a cold and hard surface. As I try to move around, I can't move vary well, and just as I'm starting to get the hang of moving.

"YELP!" Out of nowhere, I get jerked in a weird way and let a cry of surprise and a little pain. All I could feel was something wrapped around me, and while not as comfortable as my last home, it was still comfortable.

POV UNKNOWN

'I knew this case would be difficult. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong.' Thought the unknown person that was running for their life though the woods. After running for a long time, the person in question was running out of stamina and wouldn't last much longer. As he was struggling with running for so long, he came across a den of some sort.

As soon as he saw it, he do e into it in hopes that what's chasing him loses his scent with the animals scent in the den. As he reached the end of the den, he sat down on the ground and started breathing heavily. After catching his breath, he starts to take in the scenery around him.

That's when he saw it a big black wolf laying on the ground. At first, he is scared, but he quickly sees it's not breathing. As he calms down and lowers his head and sighs, he see a small black baby wolf lying on the ground right behind it, covered in blood.

He looked at the pup and saw it was breathing, and that reminded him that his daughter wanted a dog. So he grabbed the pup and decided he spent enough time in the den, so he left and made his way to his truck. When he got to his truck, he didn't stop he jumped in the driver's seat and hauled ass out of there with a small pup in the passenger seat.

After driving all night, the man reached a house, and as he pulled up to the house and parked, a small 5–7-year-old girl ran out of the house, followed by a more mature woman.

The man smiled, seeing his daughter running to him, and as she reached him, she jumped into his arms. After hugging for a while, the man said. "Mary, I got you a gift. Do you want to see it?" When he asked that question, the woman had just arrived and gave the man a kiss and said," Welcome home, Samuel."

After she said that, Mary quickly asked Samuel, "What gift did you get me, daddy?" he went back to his truck and grabbed the pup, and brought it closer, and Mary shot towards him with excitement on her face. She instantly grabbed the pup from her father and started petting it, and as she did, the pup opened its deep crimson eyes for the first time.

As I start to wake up from the movement and try to open my eyes, it works for the first time, and the first thing I see is a little girl holding me. We looked into each other's eyes, and her eyes were beautiful blue. 'Mother?'
