We are a crew of monsters!

After the firm handshake a loud scream rouses us from the atmosphere.

"Wooo, I am finally HERE!!!" The loud voice of Luffy booms outside the castle.

"Oh, it looks like my captain made it as well. Actually what took him so long?" I wonder while opening the window.

"Luffy come up here!" I wave at him.

"Ah there you are!" He extends his arm and launches himself through the window… To crash into Braums shield that I summoned.

"You idiot! I told you to come up here not launch yourself like a rocket! This is the patient's room." I scold him before peeling him off the shield so I can return it back to Braum.

"Ah sorry! NAMI! MIKI-*BAM!*" Luffy

"Don't cause a ruckus near patients!" Kureha knocks him into the ground.

"Oh sorry! I'll be quiet." Luffy covers his mouth like a child.

"Is he really your captain? Kek kek! He must be lucky to have someone scheming as you to help him." Kureha

"I do what I want and this guy is a good captain. Alright Luffy, the girls are taken care of but they need some rest, so no ruckus or screaming." I go close the window.

"Okaaaay! I am glad that they are fine, heh heh!" Luffy stands up and smiles.

"So what took you so long to come? Did you climb the whole way up?" Lynx

"Nah, Usopp told me to wait a bit so you can arrange the treatment. After about 2 hours I launched myself anyway but only made it halfway up! Had to climb the rest, hahaha!" Luffy laughs while showing his frostbitten fingers.

"Chopper, boil some water and treat his fingers." Kureha glances at Luffy's arms, before finding some more booze to drink.

"Yes doctor!" Chopper sounds out.

"Deer meat!" Luffy jumps hungrily after seeing Chopper.

"Let go of me you jerk!!!" Chopper starts running away while hitting Luffy to let go of him.

Facepalming I turn to Kureha.

"Sorry for my captain harassing your assistant. He is your assistant, right?" Lynx

"No problem, he does need to interact with people more. And yea, I taught him everything I know." Kureha just chuckles as she sees Chopper running around with Luffy holding on to his antlers.

"Let go of me! I AM NOT FOOD!" Chopper transforms into his big size and knocks Luffy down before running away.

"Oh he even got a devil fruit!" I pretend to not know anything about Chopper, since Kureha is actually smart and would find me suspicious.

Luffy recovers and comes to Kureha.

"Please join our crew old lady!" Luffy

*Bam!*

"Who are you calling old?! I'm still in my perky 130's!" Kureha kicked Luffy.

"You want me to become a pirate? Don't be ridiculous! I have no time for such nonsense nor any interest in the sea!" Kureha

"Who cares if you have interest? Just do it! Let's have an adventure old lady!" Luffy got another bump on his head.

"Forget it Luffy, she isn't coming no matter what we do." Lynx

At this moment Luffy sees Chopper messing up hiding behind the door.

"You know you are doing it wrong?" I remind him.

"Ah!" He repositions behind the door.

"Hold it reindeer stew!!!" Luffy lunges after him again.

"Stop it you fiend!!!" Chopper

"I'll eat you before you can eat him!!!" Kureha runs after Luffy with a butcher knife.

"AH! Old lady is crazy! She has a butcher knife!!!" Luffy screams as he keeps running.

"God damn it Luffy!" I massage my temples.

"But well, I don't mind a little comedy after sorting the girls out." I smile lightly.

"Can you keep it down? Is this a castle or a barn?" Nami sits up.

"Ah good evening Nami, seems that you are okay. I'll go close the door." Lynx

I walk to the door only to stop seeing the blue nosed reindeer frozen like in headlights.

"Ah doctor Chopper, come inside quickly before my captain and doctor Kureha come around. Don't worry, I don't plan on eating you or anything." I make way and hold the door open.

Chopper looks at me warily, but still slowly walks inside.

Closing the door I walk back besides the beds.

"Wait why did you let a reindeer inside?" Nami

"Because he is a doctor. Don't question it, he ate a devil fruit. So anything that I need to know doc?" Lynx

"The doctor's medicine is very effective, but you need plenty of rest and antibiotic injections. The blonde one needs to stay a week in bed, get a few more transfusions of blood and some more medicine against the blood malaria parasite." Chopper explains as he prepares the stuff.

"Thank you Chopper! You really are the best!" I lower myself to his height and pat the top of his hat.

"...?!...! Shut up! I don't accept thanks from humans! Fool!!!" Chopper starts to do his wiggle dance from enjoying the praise.

"Yeah, you look like you hate to be thanked…" Nami looks a bit awkwardly at Chopper.

"So are you pirates?" Chopper

"That's right!" Nami

"Really?!" Chopper

"Really." Lynx

"Do you have a pirate flag?" Chopper

"Well our ship does." Nami

"What pirate doesn't have a flag?" Lynx

"Are you interested in pirates?" Nami

"OF COURSE NOT! IDIOT!" Chopper jumps back and glues himself to the wall.

"Okay okay, sorry I asked… So, wanna come along?" Nami smiles.

"HUH?!?!" Chopper

"I mean sail the ocean with us! Wanna come? I'd really appreciate it, if we had a doctor on the ship." Nami

"Me too. I had to be crafty so that we made it here on time. Nami, you had at least three more days, while Mikita would be dead by tomorrow." Lynx

"What?! She was that close?!" Nami looks at Mikita shocked.

"F-f-f-FOOL!! I'm a reindeer! I can't live with humans!! Besides… doesn't the way I look… scare you? A reindeer that walks on two legs and can talk!" Chopper

"That's supposed to scare us? I can literally summon abominations out of nightmares from other dimensions. A blue nosed reindeer with a devil fruit is cute in comparisson! Even my daughter waiting in the village is more dangerous than you." I stare him in the eyes with a raised eyebrow.

"You can WHAT?!" Chopper and Nami yell.

"Well I can summon anything I want as long as I know about it. I can literally summon a thing called Aurelion Sol, that being is so big, that this whole planet can only be compared to some dirt under its nails." I shrug my shoulders.

"Okay, I will NEVER let you summon that thing or I will kill you first!" Nami screams at me.

"Anyway, there are many scary things in the world, but that's also the fun part! You travel with your friends, battle and overcome anything that comes into our way. Isn't living for adventure and your dreams something worth the risk?" I smile towards Chopper.

"Ah there you are reindeer!!!" Luffy bursts in.

"Eeek!!!" Chopper screams.

"Why are you butting in at this moment?! Mille fleur!" Crossing my arms in front of me, a bunch of them spawn on Luffy and locking back his limbs.

Some more arms sprout on the floor as they carry him over to a corner.

"Stay still now or you will be the next victim of my 1000 years of death!!" I tell him.

"... I'll stay still…" Luffy quiets down after remembering something.

Chopper is hiding behind me, still staring at Luffy with caution.

"You disappoint me, you two. I turn my back on you and you already try to seduce my assistant." Kureha looks at the tangled Luffy and sits down in a chair.

"Do we need permission to seduce him?" Nami smiles at her.

"Nope, but it's his choice." Kureha points at Chopper.

"Hey, Luffy. Stop acting like an idiot and realize that this guy can talk, walk on two legs and transform." Lynx

"... Wait, he really can!? He is a monster!" Luffy

Tears start to flow from Chopper's eyes so he tries to run away. But I pick him up into my arms.

"That's so COOL!!! Join us!!!" Luffy

Chopper stares at Luffy confused.

"Heh Chopper, don't worry about being a monster. The whole crew is made up from them! Hahahaha!!!" I laugh while I keep holding Chopper like a plushie.

"W-What do you mean?" Chopper

"I can summon monsters and use their abilities, the blonde girl over there is a monster that can become light as a feather and heavy as 10 tons. Nami here is the weather monster, she can predict weather like it's written in the sky. Luffy here is a rubber man and can stretch his limbs like rubber, my daughter can shoot fire and there are many more!" Lynx

"Who should a monster rather join than other monsters?" Nami catches on my drift.

"Yeah join us! Sorry that I tried to eat you!" Luffy

I put him down as Chopper is looking at the floor.

'Seems like he is having internal battles because of what has happened.' Lynx

"Chopper, I can feel that you were wronged your whole life, but no one on our crew will do that. Everyone on the crew is friends or even like family. Together we fight, laugh, argue, party, sleep and whatever you can think of. Tell us what is stopping you." Lynx

"Of course I want to be a pirate!!! But I'm not human like you! I am still a monster! But I still want to thank you!" Chopper

"JUST SHUT UP AND COME WITH US!!!" Luffy breaks free from the arms and yells.

"Well the captain has spoken! We have a doctor now." Nami

"What?! He is a doctor?! SWEEEET!!!" Luffy

"Oh, right. Do we go take care of Wapol? You still need the armoury key and can beat the crap out of him a bit before the execution." Lynx

"HEY! I said that I get to fight him!!!" Luffy

"Sure, but DO NOT launch him away or I will beat you up! He is our payment to doctor Kureha for the treatment!" Lynx

"What? He is the payment? How did that happen?" Nami looks confused since she was still asleep at that time.

"Oh, the total sum we would have to pay her was 500 million berries." Lynx

"500 M-M-M-MILLION?!" Nami stutters and looks like she is about to faint.

"But thankfully we encountered that idiot on the sea and I knew about him. I tricked and captured him while making the rest beat up the crew and raid the ship. Now in exchange for slaying the king, allowing them legal ownership of the kingdom and taking the blame, I negotiated to null the bill." I briefly explained what we did.

"... And you planned all that and negotiated?" Nami stares at me.

"I didn't think the bill would be that high, but we had a good bargaining chip. Just our bounties will rise further because of it." I think about what would happen because we killed the king of a country.

"Come here." Nami says with an unreadable expression.

"Ok? What is it?" I come closer.

"I LOVE YOU!!!" Nami grabs me and gives me a long kiss under the shocked gaze of Luffy.

After she lets me go, I stumble back with my brain slowly processing what just happened. After a few seconds I finally connected the dots.

'Aaaa… I just made a deal where we save 500 million berries! But let's tease her anyway.' Lynx

"So you have finally become true with your feelings? About time~" I chuckle while looking at her.

"Eh? No, I haven't!" Nami

"So you do have them but haven't come to terms with them? Your loss~" I shrug my shoulders.

"I- Uh! Don't tease a sick person!!!" Nami yells at me.

"You will have to try better to catch me~" I dodge her fist and skip away.

"Well anyways, do you have a sled so we can bring Nami down? I will summon Mikita down on the ship, so she isn't thrown about too much with her weak body.�� Lynx

*Slam!*

"You have a lot of nerve, thinking I will let you take my patients away!" Kureha

"No, I am taking them into home care and they will still get their treatment with Chopper there." Lynx

"I still haven't even confirmed that I will go!" Chopper

"We don't care! You are now our doctor!" Luffy

"Start packing your things and load them into the sleight, so you don't have to return to get them." Lynx

Chopper looks between us and doctor Kureha. He bows down to her.

"Sorry! But this is my dream!" After bowing, he runs out of the room.

"Well now you've done it. You took my dear assistant. She glares at us.

"Much to your relief, right? Who better to entrust him then our comedy family crew~ Hahahaha!" Lynx

"Kek kek kek kek! You boy sure tickle this woman's fancy boy! I just might eat you~ Kek kek kek!" Kureha licks her lips.

*Poof!*

"Huh? Where did he go?" Luffy scans the room in search of me.

"No thanks doctor! I have my women, so just please give up!" I am currently in bed behind Nami hugging her from behind.

"Well that's too bad! Thought I finally found some fresh meat, kek kek kek kek!" She chuckles and leaves the room with another sip of alcohol.

"... How long will you stay there?" Nami glances back at me.

"As long as that doctor looks at me like a delicious steak…" I really don't want to have that old bat on my waifu list…

"... Just help me to the sleigh and let's get down to the ship." Nami sighs.

'Where did all the seriousness disappear from before?' Nami

It's now the middle of the night and we are gathering by the sleigh in front of the castle.

"Are you all ready?" Kureha

"Yes, I am fine." Nami

"Let's GOOOOO!!!" Luffy

I close the door on Mikita's room and run towards the sleigh. Jumping inside I face the rest and ask.

"So do we first go to our ship to drop off Nami, Mikita and Chopper's belongings?" Lynx

"I support the idea. I don't feel comfortable leaving a powerless patient all by herself in the castle." Chopper

"To the Going Merry then!" Luffy

Chopper transforms into his deer form and drags the sled down the cable to the lowlands. After explaining where the ship is, Nami navigates the path where Chopper should go until we arrive at the ship.

"Hey! Zoro, Carue and Marianne! Are you there?" Lynx

From the ship a duck and little girl look over.

"We are here. But Zoro went on a winter swim to meditate." Marianne

Me and Nami both facepalm.

"The fucking idiot! He has no directional sense! He might already be halfway to Alabasta for all we know!" Lynx

"Why do I feel that is a possibility…?" Nami

"Hey doctor? Do you maybe have a cure for directional unawareness?" Lynx

"No. There is no cure for stupidity." Kureha

"Hahahaha! Zoro sure is dumb!" Everyone on the sled look at Luffy.

'Pot… No, coal calling the kettle black more like it.' Everyone

I hoist up Nami and carry her up the ship to the girls room. I put her in the bed and summoned Mikita in her own bed.

"Stay here and sleep for now. We will need you in the morning when we leave. Good night!" I wink at her, kiss Mikita's lips and leave the room.

"So no kiss for me, huh? Asshole…" Nami covers herself and goes to sleep.

Walking out of the room I see Chopper carrying his stuff up alone in his big form, much to Luffy's protest.

'I would do so too… Luffy might just eat or break something…' Lynx

"You two must be hungry. We will send over Sanji and hopefully find Zoro. Look after the girls and if there is something wrong, send Carue." I explain to Marianne

"That's a lot of work." Marianne is a lazy fuck.

'Will need to change her laziness later, but at least she listens.' Lynx

"I will bring you the best cookies here and later buy a good brand of tea for you." Lynx

"I will look after them." She nods and walks up the stairs.

Scratching my head I find Chopper hauling the last of his stuff into the storage area for now.

"You done? Then let's go introduce you to the rest of the crew… And you can also use Wapol as a punching bag for a bit." Lynx

Chopper looks at me honestly tempted.

"I get to use him as a punching bag?" Chopper

"Yea… Of course after Luffy gets to fight him. Later I will take care of him and give the island it's peace." Lynx

"Well then let's go! I can't wait to deliver him one good kick to his nuts! Kek kek kek!" Kureha chuckles maliciously.

"Heh, I think you will be satisfied just seeing how I captured him, hehehehehe~" I chuckle maliciously with her.

"Sonny boy, you really are like me~ When you get bored of the young skanks, come and find me. I will show you a good time~ Kek kek kek!" She scans me up and down again.

"UUUUUUUHHHH, Let's just go!" I honestly got shivers wherever she looked at me.

'Maybe If I get Bonney and make her turn you 100 years younger… But not before that!' Lynx

"What's taking you so loooooong?! I wanna fight the fat hippo!!!" Luffy

"We are coming!" Lynx

The four of us arrive at the village with Braum, Annie, Usopp, Sanji, Vivi and Dalton are sitting around a campfire while talking.

"Hey guys! We are back!" Luffy

"HOW ARE NAMI-SWAN AND MIKITA-CHWAN?! YOU BETTER HAVEN'T HURT NAMI LYNX!" Sanji is already in our faces asking for the girls.

"Jeez turn down the volume! They are taken care of and already on the ship. Be happy that I acted like I did, if not Mikita would have been dead by tomorrow and Nami in three days." I glare at the curly cook.

"WHAT?! THEY WERE THAT CLOSE?!" Vivi jumps, grabs me and looks at my face.

"Yes… Be happy that I got Robin to get us the eternal pose and that I launched myself up. But be sure to thank doctor Kureha here and our new doctor Chopper!" The gazes shift to the woman and reindeer.

Chopper transforms into his cute little form.

"Eheh, stop it you fool! I don't feel happy at all!" He acts like a bad tsundere.

"Hey! You are that guy! The kid from Hiriluk!" Dalton widens his eyes to see the little figure of Chopper.
