When you see this 'blah blah blah' this is my character talking to himself

and this his him talking to everyone else "Like you are supposed too" or anyone else speaking to another person.

Appearance: 12 ( Had experiments done on him that stunted his ageing physically)

Language: None is mute, can speak through technology.

Hair: long hair in bun black and white

Appearance physically: right arm amputated, left hand amputated, left leg amputated, left leg amputated. Robotic right eye, burns coving right side of face. ( All do to experiments)

Intelligence: Couldn't be measured ( Had a implant imbedded into head enhances mental knowledge and learning.

"Okay we have limited information on this person, his background and identity are slim as if someone created it." she hands the folder to another person and they look through it.

" So if this person barely exist how did we find them." a mans says smirking
