#On The Way to Velabista
Kenzo wondered how long it would take to reach the village at this rate. He did not have to wait long. The man said, "Just enjoy the ride, sir! It would take a looooooong time to reach the village. You can even take a nap." His smile told Kenzo he may not be traveling back to Ayodale by sundown.
"Well, it cannot be helped. I would rather enjoy this rustic setting! It's really beautiful here."
The road to Velabista was really, really rough. The road was not really a road. It was a muddy and grassy trail. Maybe a long time ago, people who were looking to settle here cleared the trees and made a path to find a water source. Water was everything for a population. Life depended on water. The man kept giving information piecemeal as they travelled.
"The village is very old, like, a few hundred years old. I belong to the 7th generation. I heard the story from my grandfather." The man said this without looking back at Kenzo.
