How it started

The story starts with V5 performing on stage with fans singing along and chanting their name, after the performance, each fan went to their favorite person out of the band for their signature 

Aidan stood there all alone, with his pen in hand but no one approached him for a signature 

"don't worry maybe today you didn't perform well, next time put enough effort so that they can see you" this was his words every time during their fan signing and meeting

Another day of headline where he has been sidelined by the media, was he not performing enough? Don't they see his hardwork too

those were his thoughts every time he watched shows about them and he reads papers about them 

one day he heard from some of their labels staff 

"if not for his handsome face he wouldn't have been a member of v5 but he's always showing attitude"

after hearing them he laughed and 

"am I the one showing attitude? When they don't even see me how dare them say I am rude and arrogant and I am showing face" he said 

the next day he approached the manager that he wants to quit but 

"you're being selfish, just when we are being recognized that's when you want to quit, do you want rumors to spread that there's no unity in the group?" both their manager and members said 

he went home lost, 

"he's the one who's selfish? Can't they see his struggles and everyday he's been sidelined he loses confidence in himself, he's the one who's going crazy here, don't they see his struggles" he thought as he laid on his back.

apart from his struggles with fame, he was also having problems with his family, they always regarded him useless and the first time they were proud of him was when they introduced him as a son because of the band getting recognition but even with that every time he will receive a call from them, were always about him doing more better so as to be headline also, to be the talk of the fans also and not how are you, how was your day and were you tired, are you happy? no they never asked and maybe because they cared more about the money they were receiving. 

little of the money he earned came to him.

Another time he heard his manager 

"Aidan should be grateful to us, if not for us he wouldn't have known what to do with his life, all he has to do is to be handsome and nothing else is that too difficult "

"maybe he's right? He didn't have a life before this and he doesn't even know what to do if he quits" he said and took it all in

aidan was known as an arrogant person, and he like it he acted that way so that if fans don't approach him they will have a reason and not because he's not good enough or because they don't see him and he's not important, that feeling will kill him but deep down he was hurting to see every time people lined up to see and get the other members autograph and him, there was no one he was hurt but they couldn't even tell so he buried it all in.

it got to a time when he would sit behind his band members and refuse to do autographs, not because he didn't want to but because he knows no one was coming so he hid behind them and pretend to having fun with his phone but he would always steal glances at his band mates and the joy on the fans face and will wish for same at least just one person 

He prayed 

and his prayers got answered, one day sitting at his usual place behind his band mates with his head down 

someone walked straight to him

"can I get an autograph?" a female voice was heard he lifted his head and finding it hard to believe he asked 

"really? Is it me?"

and the girl nodded, he smiled so brightly and signed with excitement, he held the girl's hand and inside her palm he wrote thank you, doing that he saw a mark shaped like a hot water burn on the back of her hand and vowed to remember it all his life since the girl was wearing a mask and bangs
