Chapter 1: wake up

It was like every other day. I was working at the gas station near my home to pay my debt to the college that I tried to attend, but after my parents died in a plane crash, I became an orphan. My parents did leave some money but not enough for me to not work, so I left most of the money for my daily expenses and started to work at my current job to pay my debt.

It was near the end of my shift and the station was empty. I was waiting at the checkout suddenly. I saw a truck bearing on the station at high speed. I tried to run out of the station, but the next thing I knew was pain and burning after a few seconds that fell like a few hours; all the pain and burning I felt was gone. I was left with my thoughts. I tried to open my eyes but they felt really heavy; suddenly I started to feel sleepy. I tried not to sleep, but I couldn't resist it, and I lost consciousness

When I woke up, I found myself in a strange bedroom that seemed familiar. I tried to get up from the bed but I nearly lost my balance because last time I remembered my height was 1.80 (5'11) not 1.27 (4'2) and I didn't have a huge gem on my where should my bellybutton. I stand there stunned as to what the hell I got myself into because I knew who I was Steven Universe from the cartoon that I watched in my childhood and still come back to for its music while working

Did I get Isekaid to a cartoon, don't get me wrong, if I get Isekaid I would prefer this over Warhammer 40k and Dark Souls-like universes but while I still remember some important events but not every event, and I don't have the mindset of the original Steven, so I need to find some way to end the story

While I was thinking about what to do after I learned what happened to me and who I was, there was a white light coming from the door in the back that had a star on it.
