Forget-me-not? Forget me please

"You..." Jareth watched as you struggled. A whole world of fantasy, where you wouldn't get hurt if you did stay. He would make them not remember you, and you would live an adventure filled life.

You make a decision.

"I will stay. But not as your citizen. Not as a piece of your Labyrinth, not as a goblin, but as I am. I will stay with you. As long as you love me I will stay, but when you do not I leave immediately." You say. You weren't sure if he actually did love you, or just enjoyed the thrill of the chase. He stands there for a moment. "Then you will be my Queen, and I will not treat you as anything less." He says.

He held you in his arms and pulled you close. "Your family will forget you, as if you never were there. But anytime you want to see them, all you need to do is ask. Anything you wish for, My Queen, I will do for you." He says. "Kiss me?" You ask smiling. He inclines his head and then kisses you softly, and slowly. When he withdraws, you were no longer in the broken up room but back into the hall.

Jack and Sarah looked at you in confusion. "You kissed him AGAIN?!" Jack asks. "What do you mean again?" Sarah asked looking at Jack then back at you. "You didn't tell me you kissed him." "Snogged him more like." Jack mumbled. You walked over and hugged them both. "I'm sorry. But you both have to go back."

"No. I don't want to forget you! I don't want to forget the Labyrinth." Jack says. "The Labyrinth I could live without, but not without you. Family sticks together!" Sarah holds you and glares at Jareth. "Please don't let us go." Sarah begs.

You look back towards Jareth and then back. "Anytime you call for me, I will be there. Maybe not immediately, maybe not in the way you think, but I will be there." "But I need you all the time. I need you to act and play with us. I need you to save me from the adults." Sarah said starting to cry. You turn to Jareth. "Can I use my wish?" You ask.

He nods, wondering what you were going to use your wish for.

"I wish there was a key to the castle, that Sarah and Jack could hold, and use to visit me when they want." He holds up two keys. "As you wish My Queen." He gives them to you and you give it to them. "I love you Y/n." The twins said, as the door opened to show the park. Jack waved goodbye. "I'll visit you as often as we can escape." Jack promised. And they went into the bright light.

Jareth's arm went around you. "Are you ready to change the world?" He asked.

Sarah looks around. "Sarah, Jack, where have you been? We called for dinner 13 minutes ago." "What about Y/n isn't she to blame too?" Jack asked to test out whether or not they forgot her. "Who's Y/n? Is she another DND character of yours? Anyway come and wash up." Sarah tears up again as their dad walked away. "They forgot her. They forgot her! Ugh Y/n you never should have stayed."

"We'll be able to visit her okay? Snap out of it. She's probably having the time of her life over there." Jack hugged her. "Come on. I don't know about you, but I haven't eaten in about 20 hours. Being a prisoner takes energy." "You didn't even fight a goblin." Sarah protested thinking back to her beating up at least 24 goblins with a bat. "Intellectually I did. I told him he didn't have a family, and that's why we're better than him."

"You did not."

"Did too. Just ask Jareth. We're totally cool now." Jack said with a smile.

Sarah glared at him. "We should have left you there."

You walked around the castle. Many of the goblins stared at you in curiosity. "They are my family, mistreat them and they will do it right back, and I will let them." Jareth says after saying all of their names. You could barely remember any of them. "Also be careful, everywhere you step could be a trap where you need to answer a riddle or you get pranked. We're not that serious around here."

"So you joke around until the next bad child needs to be taken away?" You ask. Jareth ignores your choice of wording and says "We also sing to pass the time." "Well lucky you, I'm not tone deaf." "That also had to do with me falling for you." Jareth casually dropped. "Wait what was the first reason?" You asked.

"I can't tell you that." Jareth said, turning to hold his hands out. You take them and he began to dance. "Don't think you can sing and dance your way out of every question Jareth." You say. He dips you and brings you up and gives you a quick kiss. "Will this work then?" "I can't tell you that." You say, scrunching your nose a little.

"I'll give you...forever to find it out." You say after he whirls you around.

"Well that's not long at all."
