I Might Lose Them All
Ren was out at a motel and had been there for a few days. He sat looking out through the window as he thought about what had happened in his life, in his wife's life, in their marriage, and even in his daughter's life. It all began right from when he became a father. It seemed to Ren like that was the genesis of their problems and it ended up having an outstanding ripple effect.
It had not been a pleasant experience and he thought that Xie had been right when she told him to leave their house. They both needed space. They needed space to figure the whole thing that was going on out. Even he knew that he need to think.
Were they going to live like this forever? Ren would often think.
It was as if there was no way that Xue could forgive him, that much he knew.
"Still pretty early though," Ren muttered as he took his face cap off and ran his fingers through his rustled hair.
